+ -1 moreI was very impressed with Marc and our experience thus-far with The Network Doctor. He was very knowledgable, professional and above all honest and trustworthy. We originally called him just to clear-up problems with Outlook and our e-mail, but were so impressed that we now call on him for all our Computer/networking needs.
Description of Work: He resolved our small business network and e-mail server troubles and is now helping us to setup the network in our new office.

+ -1 moreThis was not a very popular Dell (XPS M2010) and Dell no longer makes this model. This is the second time I have experienced a problem with the motherboard. Most computer technicians look at it and have no idea where to begin. But Marc, the Network Doctor, did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing it, offering cost-effective solutions along the way. Without him, my cherished computer would be in the computer graveyard. He is the best!
Description of Work: The motherboard and video card on my Dell crashed.

Marc came the following morning, was very personable and professional, and solved the problem. Very nice to work with, and I really appreciated the prompt response.

+ -1 moreThis was an excellent experience. I am not knowledgeable about software or hardware and Marc was very helpful and patient in explaining several things to me and answered all of my many questions. Money well spent and I would not hesitate to call him again if I have any issues.
Description of Work: I had problems installing DSL so finally contacted The Network Doctor. Marc solved my problems and also cleaned up my hard drive, installed new anti-virus software and set up some automatic updates for me.

The service person, Marc Phillips, arrived promptly, was courteous, and asked easy-to-answer questions about my computer, and the problem. He repaired the computer; and was kind enough to send a followup letter a few days later, just to thank me for my business, and to ensure that everything was still working well.
Description of Work: My notebook computer monitor was repaired in my home.
