Description of Work: THE OWNER, BOB VECCHIO, RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TILL WE SPOKE. I NEEDED THE WORK DONE FAIRLY SOON AND HE WAS BOOKED UP SO I DIDN''T GO WITH HIM. HE WAS, HOWEVER, PROMPT AND COURTEOUS.
