Description of Work: Had an appointment for 10am on a Wednesday to get a quote. The person never showed up. Called and spoke to owner who assured us this wasn't how they do business and would find out what happened and reschedule. After 2 days of not hearing anything we left a message asking for an update. We never heard back.

Description of Work: We called this company because we read great reviews on Angie's List, & we were very disappointed. Mike took several days to call us back (over a week) & then set up several vague "If I have time" times to come give us an estimate. When he finally did come, he was curt & not very friendly. He said he would get back to us in a few days with an estimate, which actually took a month. When he finally called, his estimate was almost double what another company quoted & he refused to put anything in writing until we decided to go with him, claiming too much work.
