Description of Work: Provided services to the esterior of my condominium. Specifically, caulked all windows and replace screening on patio door

Description of Work: The House Doctors furnished and installed a new washing machine in our rental. They also repaired two leaky toilets and two leaky sink lines.

Description of Work: The handyman removed the garbage disposal, cleaned out al the "gunk", snaked the drain multiple times, and reinstalled the garbage disposal.

Description of Work: The House Doctors replaced a damaged garage door with a new garage door and installed the automatic lift hardware on the new door.

Description of Work: I spoke to the gentleman who answered the telephone regarding their services, time frame for work, etc. He told me they would be interested in coming out to the home to provide an estimate for a new roof. Someone would call me back to schedule.

Description of Work: Weds morning saw that part of the garage ceiling drywall had collapsed (where the garage door raises, so it was a blind spot). Emailed the House Doctors and Bob responded right away. Thursday we connected and arranged for them to come out today (Sat). THey diagnosed the problem as an ice dam and 2 1/2 hours of hard labor and hot water later, a large area of the roof was cleared and the damaged drywall neatly squared off and removed. All debris cleaned up and bagged.

Description of Work: Snaked out badly clogged bathtub drain.

Description of Work: I called him to have the gutters on our old Cleveland Heights home cleaned out. They were sprouting plants from all the maple seeds that had fallen this spring. He was friendly and professional on the phone, and as he said, about a week or less later, a crew of about 3 guys came out and cleaned the gutters, and I got a bill and a fridge magnet with their number a few days later. The price is a little high, but we were having both the house and the garage done, and you need tall ladders to get up to our gutters. I think it was worth the money, and will defintely use this company again. They cleaned everything up and left a bag of debris near our garbage area, out of the way.

Description of Work: Called The House Doctors to schedule an appointment to have my clothes dryer fixed. I explained that the dryer came on, but there was no heat. Bob walked me through a simple reset of the circuit breakers and the problem was fixed. Bob saved me the cost of a house call and my dryer was working immediately.

Description of Work: They replaced hand rails and repaired a screen door.

Description of Work: He did gutter cleaning and minor house repairs.

Description of Work: This is the third time I have used this company. This time three boards comprising the left hand side of our garage door opening had to be replaced because of rot. The company replaced the boards which were at an unusual angle and painted them.

Description of Work: Clean gutters.

Description of Work: They snaked out a bathroom drain, installed a Moen cartridge on the cold faucet, and installed a towel bar.

Description of Work: They insulated a switch box, installed lamp sockets, swapped a wall sconce, installed halogen bulb, repaired switch for ceiling fan.

Description of Work: During the February 2007 cold snap, a water pipe burst in my garage & water leaked in the garage & crawl space. I noticed the burst pipe around 9:30 pm & called Bob Vecchio almost immediately. He first talked me through the issue on the phone & helped solve the immediate emergency. Then, to ease my wife's & my mind, he sent one of his employees (Robert Armstrong) to my house. Mr. Armstrong arrived at 10:30 pm & inspected the burst pipe. He didn't leave until he made sure, and assured us, that the immediate danger had passed.

Description of Work: From the time I called to ask for an estimate on my small electrical job to the time I actually got a call back was almost a whole week. I called on Monday, they sent their guy out on Wednesday, and I finally got an answer Thursday evening. I interviewed three companies to do the work, the House Doctors took the longest to get back to me. Most gave me an immediate answer. I can only imagine how long it would have taken them to do the actual work.
