Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for 2 hours of pressure washing.

Description of Work: Called them for days and left numerous messages. Never reached a human being and never received a call back.

Description of Work: repaired water damage in the ceiling. 2 men did the job and therefore only worked 1 1/2 hrs, I had paid for 3. I feel one man could have done the job and I could have gotten more work done, i.e.. the 2nd man basically stood around. Trying to set up the job was very difficult as they did not respond quickly to my calls or e-mails.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate on exterior house painting. They called back, set up an appointment, came out to look at the property, told me they would call "in a few days to give me an estimate" and that is the last I heard from them.

Description of Work: Roof leak during winter months. A temporary repair was performed during the initial visit. A more permanent repair was performed in month of may.

Description of Work: Powerwashed concrete patio and driveway. Did an excellent job, and were punctual and professional. Would use the House Doctors again in the future.

Description of Work: Made various repairs to drywall, sanded and painted to original condition. The two gentlemen were very pleasant and did a great job with clean-up.

Description of Work: When I first saw the deal on Angie's list It took them about two weeks to respond to my question about the deal. Initially I wanted them to come out and put my new front door in, from which they said they could do with the 2 hours of service deal. Then when they came out they came up with every excuse why they couldn't do the job that day and wanted to charge an astronomical extra fee. Then they left to get some more supplies and ended up calling me canceling the job because of weather. Then their boss calls me up later that day saying that they would have to charge me a lot more to do that job and if there was anything else that I would rather them do. So I decided to have them do some painting in the house which he agreed to, but he said they couldn't come out for another couple of weeks. So we set the date and for 6/3/2014(today). They never show up and then I get a call from them saying that they were not going to make it out until late tomorrow. So I am done with them and I am going to go ahead and get a refund. Sorry for the book. Approximate cost of service $99.00.

Description of Work: The shelving under my kitchen sink was rotting and needed to be replaced. The man who came was punctual, did a good job, and was pretty tidy.

Description of Work: They replaced water damaged fascia board, repainted, and reinstalled gutter. Original visit was hampered by weather, but they came back and finished the job when the weather improved.

Description of Work: I bought a $99.00 deal for one hour. They were good at getting back with me in a timely manner to schedule an appt. They fixed a large hole in my drywall and a few ceiling cracks in that time frame. They were friendly, polite and cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: Assisted with a plumbing / shower pan issue. Helpful in assessing and repairing the problem. Good value for the price.

Description of Work: He called twice and I called him back twice. I called last week and left a message. No reply.

Description of Work: They were unable to complete any work except to rehang one side of a cabinet door. They could not do any of the electrical I originally requested. It was a waste if time.

Description of Work: Work was done well and professionally. The handyman was knowledgeable and helpful. My issue was with the schedulers who did not return my phone calls until you intervened. Once they finally contacted me, they accommodated my schedule and were prompt. It is too bad that they gave an unfavorable first impression.
