Description of Work: They fixed many of the cracks in our drywall throughout the house, as well as some minor other drywall repair. It went well, they let us know about some other services that they perform that we are in need of. We will most likely use this company again, and will write another review at that time!

Description of Work: Did not do a very good job of cleaning the patio or teak furniture. Missed a chair completely and there was still lots of dirt on furniture and patio.

Description of Work: Fix the window frame in shower, removed wet dry wall replaced with sheet rock, and sealed tub.

Description of Work: Did powerwashing. I paid for 3 hrs to powerwash anything I needed cleaned. Some things were cleaned ok. Concrete pad had to be cleaned twice. Didn't get things cleaned that I thought should be. Was told it couldn't come clean. DIdn't have a ladder to clean higher areas. Also no brush on powerwasher to scrub somewhat. Overall what was cleaned was satisfactory, but felt employee was at a disadvantage without all the proper equipment he should have had.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for some pressure washing by The House Doctors. I was contacted immediately and the work was scheduled at a convenient time. The worker arrived at the stated time and reviewed my needs carefully. He then rapidly and professionally completed the pressure washing to my complete satisfaction.

Description of Work: They painted my house in the rain and charged my WAY too much! his response to my complaints was that the contract said no guarantees.

Description of Work: They stained my wood fireplace. It looks very nice.

Description of Work: The light fixture in my kitchen was literally hanging from the ceiling. The House Doctors came and fixed it very quickly. It looks terrific! I am very satisfied with their work and the cost.

Description of Work: I hired The House Dr.s to power wash my condo. The "kid" arrived 2 hours late due to the machine breaking down. Then when he tried to start the job a part was missing. I was not able to stay at the condo so I gave him instruction on where I wanted the unit cleaned. I stopped by a few days later and I could not tell the difference. My husband has to go back and redo the entire job.

Description of Work: This is the second time that I have used the House Dr.s. The first time was for power washing and did not go well. This time I was very happy with the drywall work that was done. He arrived on time, worked very hard, and did a great job.

Description of Work: I was told that my 3 hour labor coupon wouldn't cover the 3 patches that needed to be mudded because they wouldn't dry in three hours in order to sand them. I was told that it would take two men two days to finish the patches plus a textured ceiling repair they estimated at 4 x 5 ft. One man arrived at 10:30am. and then left to get materials. He returned and worked until 4:30pm. when he finished. So I paid $1,200 for one man to do three hours of drywall work at my home. When I told Bob Vechio that I felt I was misled by the initial estimate and that for what I got I was significantly overcharged, He told me that he had his drywall specialist on my job. He further said he used a special compound so that it would dry quick enough. To pay over $300 an hour for drywall work by one man is a scam! I feel that they used the coupon deal to lure me in and then pulled a "bait and switch" I would not recommend them and would not use them again.

Description of Work: purchased the big deal on sept 12 and the services (3 hours of power washing) were performed on sept 24. in between were a significant number of emails and phone calls back and forth to get the service scheduled. while the company called and emailed me 3 times i probably called and emailed a total of 10-12 times; for the difficulty in getting the services scheduled, i give them a C in responsiveness. however, once the service was scheduled, communications improved with confirmation and follow up questions. the service entailed power washing 2 decks, a sidewalk and patio and the provider was professional and efficient in completing the work. |notwithstanding the challenges getting the service scheduled, the work was of good quality and i would not hesitate in using the service provider again.

Description of Work: Some trouble connecting with each other to schedule work date. Also, seemed reluctant to do the type of work needed. Decided to go with another person I had used in the past for this type of work.
