Description of Work: We needed the hall ceiling repaired from a bathroom shower leak. When I told House Doctors this they sent people with plumbing experience. With my permission they opened the ceiling to find the source of the leak. They diagnosed the problem and offered to fix it for $2,000+! The original installation in 2008 didn't cost that much. I called our plumber who fixed it for $125. Lesson learned.

Description of Work: I received an email to call a Mike. So I did, several times. Then I called their original numbers. Then I emailed. Still they were extremely laconic in getting back to me, two days later. Total of three days, at least to just contact me to schedule.Did reply by an email somewhere in there, telling me I didn't have to be "angry." Email instead of a phone call? If they couldn't do this, they ought to have just told me. I did explain my need in my original email. Three days after, when Mike did call me, about 9 pm, he couldn't schedule us for almost 2 weeks out. I thought about this for a day or two, and now, I'd just like a refund. This is going south, very fast.
