Description of Work: I purchased the $99 special for 3 hours work. Firstly, provider said it was for 2 hours. I printed off the coupon that stated 3 hours. |Provider did do a decent job of what he did. After 3 hours, including a 15 minute break, he completed 2/3 of work and asked if I wanted him to finish would be another 2 hours at $65 an hour.

Description of Work: Purchased deal to get stair rails installed. Told receptionist when scheduled the appointment what was needed. She said any additional hours would be billed hourly, which was expected. When carpenter showed up said job was finished carpentry job not general job as voucher states. Would take $99 off bid but we would be left with a balance of $500 to pay plus material cost. Did not expect the huge extra cost, so canceled job.

Description of Work: They do not call back. I finally got them to come out and they gave a price for the complete job which I agreed to. They left and stated the owner would call me that night. A week later I have not heard from them. It took 2 weeks once I bought the deal to hear from them. I believe they have over extended themselves and can not handle the business they have.

Description of Work: They replaced drywall that had been taken down to do plumbing repairs. It was a tricky job, as there was both plaster and drywall on the ceiling. They came on time, thoroughly cleaned up each day, even when I told them to leave it as they would be back in the morning. I will definitely use them again for other projects in the house.
