Description of Work: Power washed part of house and part of concrete surfaces. The parts cleaned were done well, but it was advertised as whole house cleaning in 3 hours. We have a small ranch that fell in their range for cleaning the whole house, not half to two thirds.

Description of Work: special 3 hours of drywall repair. Came out,looked at the job, and said he would get back to me with an estimate. Was very concerned when I said I was moving and that he couldn't let his boss know. Maybe concerned for future jobs which is funny since my new place needed a lot more work. Never called or emailed an estimate.

Description of Work: They did not respond for at least 4 weeks after order was placed and I had emailed and called them to get that to happen. Scheduled date, no show. rescheduled date told them that ladders will be needed showed up with no ladder. |called after that and said they could not preform the service.

Description of Work: Missed original appointment late for 2nd appointmentcontent://media/external/file/15445cwas misinformed by their office, either owner or worker lied to me, damaged my property, was late coming to repair damage done, broke into my house, police had to come to the residence...then the repair they made is even worse than the damaged window...Terrible...unprofessional and inconsiderate....I will have to hire someone to fix the damage they did and the anguish they put me and my wife through is probably not repairable....

Description of Work: I have used this company several years ago for several major repairs of a garage, restaining a deck and other smaller projects. I found the work to be very good and punctuality equally reliable. This time the work was not done as the promised estimate was not delivered until 6 weeks after the owner came out to look at the projects although an estimate was supposed to have been provided within a few days. There were multiple calls to the company and emails with promises of getting the proposal to me. Unfortunately, I had emailed the company after 4-5 weeks that I will be using another service provider. Unexpectedly, a week later I finally received a proposal. Needless to say, we used another company. Poor communication this time around.
