Description of Work: They came out and seemed to be professional. Asked for further work to be done and quote because he couldn't finish all work. The representative took pictures and notes, but when I followed up with the company they had no clue what I was even talking about. I had to have someone come and complete job and would not call out again.

Description of Work: Didn't use the service; the contractor came to the house and advised that the type of paint on my home could not be pressure washed without causing problems. I opted not to use them and appreciated the advise.

Description of Work: Kim and Dan did a great thorough cleaning on my kitchen. They kept me informed of their arrival time and arrived as planned. The work I needed was completed in a timely manner. Very hard workers and very friendly. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The package purchased was only enough to do three of my exterior walls. They did a good job on the areas of visible mildew on the siding but their were streaks of clean and dirty areas on the face of my house that were visible from the road. ended up rent a pressure washer to clean it better, wished I would have started there.

Description of Work: Work was done several months ago. I don't remember date.

Description of Work: Provider came out 10l29/15, a bit late for the estimate. He seemed competent and interested. However, he said he would get back back to me within 5 days,for a lot of of work. Did not happen, as of 10/29. Not considering them anymore as I have contacted them twice.

Description of Work: Bought a deal of $149 for 4 hours labor, which was an excellent deal and included fixing/covering a garage door lower trim, replacing a washer hose and painting a small trim. This worked out well, as I'd bought the material needed in advance. There was about 45 minutes to an hour left, I hoped to cover worn lattices under the deck quickly. Mark persuaded me to tear all lattices off and replace with new ones properly and stated that replacing new lattices would need just a couple of more additional hours at $65/hour. Mark came back at another time and the additional hours turned to be about 3.5 hours ($227) in addition to the hour left from last time, to complete only 1/4 of lattices. It then took another 2 hours at his 3rd visit ($130) to finish the rest 3/4 lattices. The 3rd time may have costed more if I did not ask for a fixed quote for his estimate of 2 more hours. In summary, Mark did an excellent job and the deck looks nice (it would also look nice without the lattices), but a fixed quote is always better than hourly rates. |but it was a bit expensive to fix these lattices for about $350. To avoid it, I recommend to ask in advance for a fixed quote, so it is clear in advance.

Description of Work: The company was prompt and polite. The repair was done on the wood rot trim on the garage door frame. The carpenter patched the framing along the garage door, and it really needed a full replacement. Screws were visible. I wound up having it re done by another company.

Description of Work: I informed them that I would need them for more time and asked them to bid what the remainder of the job would cost. I received no follow-up for over a month after repeated calls. I finally went with another vendor.

Description of Work: I set up the apointment for 3 hours of drywall work. I had all the supplies as requested. I even pulled the old drywall. That is when I realized the leak was not fixed. Mark from House Doctors called and I explained that I was in a jam and that water was running down the wall. Mark and Darryl came and got the leak fixed. I cannot say enough about how helpful they were. The did a temporary fix and I am getting an estimate to replace the old window. As soon as I get the estimate, I will schedule more work. Description of Work: This was a special for drywall or plaster repair. Technician scraped the walls where there had been peeling and then called the supervisor because he saw additional damage and needed an experienced opinion. Supervisor said there was old lead paint and primer or new paint would probably not adhere. He also looked at the roof since some damage appeared to be from there. He suggested that the plaster may need to be removed down to the studs and replace with drywall and would contact us with a quote on the roof and wall remodel. Follow up phone call or quote never came. | |Technician did an excellent clean up however due to the existing issue this was really just a wall scraping and cleanup job for about 3 hours or less. | |A new roof was needed and the job was done by another contractor.

Description of Work: The service man fixed a bathroom shower door and the entry door to my garage. It remains to be seen if the repair tot he garage door will withstand the winter cold weather---but so far, it is doing very well.

Description of Work: Fixed 2 large cracks,1 little crack,put in new dry wall in 2 corners of living room where light layer of mold had developed.One corner had baseboard |strip that was chipped in 2 places. I think the one worker was new at the job. We should replace the baseboard but haven't yet. I did not complain about it.
