Never received estimate.
Description of Work: Didn't show for appointment. When showed for rescheduled appointment left car running, ran though the estimate and left. Never received estimate. Have no idea how they have such a high Angie's List rating but now have a special offer even though he said they were really busy.

Description of Work: Very Disappointing Service. Cancelled the first scheduled date and never called to reschedule. I finally called again to schedule the work. The carpenter did not have the proper tool he needed, so he improvised the installation. I hired and paid a different carpenter to come and fix the work. Essentially paying for the repair twice.
