The crew came early and was very polite. They were very careful with the landscaping around the house.

They are very responsive, high quality, and have good pricing.

The House Doctors were very responsive. They showed up on the same day I called to provide the estimate, and the work began two days after that. The company seems extremely concerned to leave the customer happy with the job and will do what it takes to make that happen. I would hire this company again for other carpentry work on my house.

Bob and Mike were very pleasant to deal with. I was not at the property, so I e-mailed a description of what needed doing. Mike called me from the house the next day to verify what needed doing and gave me a verbal quote. I gave the go ahead to do the work and it was completed by the end of the next day. The work was conducted in a timely and competent manner. A good rating on Angie's List was important to Bob and he made every effort to make sure I was totally satisfied. I particularly appreciated that he was able to take a look at the job, give me a quote and then take care of what needed to be done immediately.

Good. Very professional. The fact that for a high price, contractor had to come back to do a satisfactory job. Keep an eye on finished product. He did only what he thought he needed to do. Break down price so I could pick & choose what I needed & what was "nice to do".

I was very pleased with The House Doctors' response. They reviewed the driveway and advised me as to my options. They advised me not to do as much patching as I had thought because, in their professional view, the patching would not work on various parts of the driveway. The part of the project that they did advise to do went very well.

It is very easy to work with The House Doctors. Their response time is excellent and work began within 24 hours of my initial contact. Workmanship is very good - I had a lot of confidence that the contractor knew what he was doing.

Robert the plumber was responsive to my calls, on time, polite, and on task the whole time. I thought the price was fair.

The floor looks nice. There was one area they could not do. They suggested that I contact someone that works on hardwood floors to do that work.

Received an initial call from Bob to talk about the work that needed done. George (employee?)called to schedule the walk through estimate for Friday at 7pm. He called around 5pm to reschedule due to his house being flooded. Not a problem, completely understood. Rescheduled for Sunday at 9am. At 10am, after no phone call, he pulls in with a woman and child in the car and says ''I was running a little late''. George did call later to apologize but I opted not to do the estimate or reschedule the appointment.

What I like about The House Doctors is that they are responsive, can do the work quickly, and don't need to be ''managed'' during the day because they are professional and skilled. I didn't bother getting quotes from others for this job. Bob called me back fairly quickly (i.e., within the day) and he said he would try to find someone to do the work for me the next day. He called back in an hour and said he found someone. The person who came was professional and came when he said he would. It took him about six hours to do the work. My only complaint is that he didn't do a great job cleaning up after himself--he said that he didn't like to throw out the packaging in case we were going to return anything, however, I would have preferred if he just brought everything downstairs instead of leaving the packaging all around the house. Bob called that night to make sure the work was done to my satisfaction--overall, it was.

I have now used the House Doctors three times and have been super-satisfied each time with responsiveness, price, and workmanship. In fact, I see that I owe them a report for work done a few months ago and will provide that now.

The work was done promptly and with excellent quality. I would not hesitate to use them again for anything and I have used them again.

It was a very pleasant experience. The crew worked steadily and were very professional. Communication with the company was excellent. They were careful to not disturb my gardens near the house.

I was initially sold on Mr. Vecchio's (senior) attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. He was eager to do a good job, and seemed to take pride in his reputation. Because of this, I was floored by Mike Vecchio's response. This is certainly not the kind of customer service I expected after my initial experience with the company. For a company like this, I would want to save others the aggravation I've gone through. I would go out of my way to warn others about this company and the intimidation I experienced.

Overall work was good, but a little pricey. They missed a section of gutters the first time they came out. They did come out the same day to clean the parts they missed.

Bob called me back on time and was courteous on the phone. Michael came to my house on time and did the work in a professional manner.

Bob Vecchio showed up for the estimate on time, he returned phone calls and the workers did a great job with minimal inconvenience to us. I would definitely recommend ''The House Doctors'' and we WILL use the in the future.

I thought it was overpriced. At one point it was leaking a little, and when I called him he was eager to come out.

I call Bob Vecchio's House Doctor business all the time. I am always impressed by the friendliness, punctuality, and neatness of all his workers. I feel secure in that he will give me sound advice and the best price for the job.

Great! It was a difficult and messy they had to do. They did an excellent job and cleaned up very well.

Bob was extremely pushy, erratic, and unprofessional. I called one day to try to diagnose a problem with the gutters. I said I would make sure the water was on at the house and then call to schedule an appointment to have them cleaned. He called the next morning and said, "My guys are in the area, they can be there in half an hour." I said I wasn't ready, give me more time. He said, after a bit of back-and-forth, in a very exasperated and impatient tone of voice, "You know, why don't you find someone else to do this. I'm trying to help you out here, my guys are in area, etc." As if I, the customer, was expected to work around his schedule and was being entirely unreasonable for requesting that I call him when I was ready. Unbelievable. In general, he was very pushy. I would never trust someone like this to work on my house.

The gutters were cleaned in a timely and professional manner. The workers had an opening in their schedule and were able to perform the work even earlier than originally promised. We very much appreciated their prompt response. I would certainly consider The House Doctors to perform additional work in the future.

Very disappointing first experience. Over the phone, I told Bob Vecchio (owner) that I had a variety of projects I needed handled. When I wasn't available that afternoon for him to come visit my house (he was in the area), he told me that his son would call me back to schedule a time that was convenient. I'm still waiting for that call back. It left the impression that if it wasn't convenient for them, then they wouldn't bother following up.
