The House Doctors

I called and talked to Bob Vecchio. He was quite eager to do the work for me and assured me that they would have someone out to get the ice off my roof so it would stop leaking into my living room just as soon as they possibly could. The two guys showed up the next evening and worked until long after dark to get the ice off my roof. The interior dripping stopped shortly after they were done. The quick response of this comopany saved me from further damage to my home.

Due to the clogged gutters, I was getting water leaking into my living room through and around the picture window. Two guys came out at the agreed upon time (a bit early actually) and got right to work chipping the ice from the gutters around the entire house. They explained what they were doing and why the formation of icicles was so prevalent. They also answered all of the questions I had and were very professional. It took them about 2-hours to finish. I thought the price for the service was a bit high but fair. I was pleased with the service overall.

I absolutely could not have been more pleased from beginning to end. Three men came, looked and their boss called me within ten minutes with an estimate. They even said they could save the gutter which would save me a lot. No pressure. They were the only company to show up in weather. The three worked beautifully together. Chopped ice, pulled snow off roof, fixed and put up extra brackets for me. They were all perfectly nice and were not afraid of hard work. No breaks. They were great. When Bill came a couple of days later - the price was same as quoted. They do much more and I will not hesitate to use this very fair and professional company again. I was impressed all around.

Mr. Vecchio was very professional and everything went smoothly. He explained that he couldn't paint the gutter section because of the cold temperatures. This worked out well since we plan to replace the gutters and add heat strips this spring. We've asked him to come back and do this work too.

Initial call to Bob who referred me to his son Mike. We set up time for Mike to come to my home but Mike cancelled the evening before due to medical emergency in his family, he referred me to someone called Patrick who told me he would call me 2/8/10 Monday to schedule visit the week of 2/8/10. By friday,2/12/10 I phoned Bob and explained no call from Patrick.He phoned Patrick and he called me and we set up time for visit on Tuesday 2/16/10, no explanation for not calling me that week as he said he would.Tuesday, 2/16/10, no call from Patrick and no show.Total waste of my time.I would not recommend these people to anyone,very very unprofessional.

Fast and easy! I got an estimate on the spot, approved it and the crew fixed my house right then. Courteous, professional and fast!

They were responsive. I called and they said they would be out. They came when they said they would which I appreciate.

I contacted House Doctors for information and an estimate. They called me back the next day to schedule a time to be at my home for the cost estimate. After I received the approximate price for the job, I consented to the job, requested a certain brand of paint, and scheduled the painter right away. He showed up on time, brought the paint I asked for and completed the 2-coat paint job on the walls promptly and efficiently. He cleaned up and moved our furniture items back into place. Overall I was pleased: Dave was courteous and professional while he was in our home and he did a great job!

This was completely painless. Bob called me almost immediately after I left a message, and he had an electrician and a plumber at my house within three days to look at the projects. Both men were prompt, pleasant, and thorough. I love this company.

Our front gutter was torn off due to ice accumulation on the roof. Bob Vecchio came out promptly, gave a very reasonable estimate, and completed the work the day after the estimate. We have had House Doctors do work in the past and will continue to use them, as we are pleased with the quality of their work, their responsiveness to the client, and their professionalism.

They gave me an estimate in December. We talked about timing. They called and showed up on the date and time chosen. The workers were polite, and extremely neat.

We only have one bathroom with a tub in our house and the drain was clogged and just needed to be replaced. My initial called was returned on the same day that I left a message. Mike came out in timely fashion to look over the job. He was very understanding of my situation and got started within a week. Within three days we were functional...able to use the facilities. Within another week the rest of the work was done. I appreciated them working me in so quickly. Everyone was courteous and professional. I am very happy with the work that was done. Many days the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!

The job was well done. They have cleaned my gutter in previous years as well.

THIS WAS FOR WORK DONE IN 2009. I called The House doctor because his service list included repair of vinyl siding. Was very difficult to find someone to do a small job such as this one. Mr. Vecchio answered the call, was very professional and came to my home at my convenience. The job was completed in under an hour and he was able to use leftover siding that I had in my garage.

As always, The House Doctors were prompt, cheerful and courteous. I have used this company repeatedly and will continue to do so. Their work is consistently outstanding.

The work was done in a very professional manner. I called to discuss what the problem was and what needs to be done and the very next day The House Doctors were here to do the work. Not only do The House Doctors do prompt, excellent work but they always clean up after themselves as well.

Everything went well. I would definitely hire them again. I am making a list of possible jobs for them. I have also given their name to other co-workers.I will always call on them to do my handyman jobs.

The firm responded within a few hours to my request for help.Its employees were efficient in the performance of their tasks,and professional in their undertaking.

They did a great job! They were a little pricey. They came in and were quick. I barely got a chance to talk with them while they were here. I mostly talked to the guy over the phone.

They were quick, got right to the job and did excellent work for me. It was a relief when they were able to come so quickly and prevent gutter damage.

I called Bob Vecchio in the late afternoon with an unusual request. I needed a dead deer in our backyard to be taken away. Once again, Bob proved to be my "go to" guy. I shortly received a call back from him to tell me that someone will be at my house early the next morning to haul away the deer. As promised, a group of guys were here on time and took care of the problem. Bob has never failed me.

It was a very pleasant experience. I called to get an estimate and Mike came out in a timely manner to speak to me about what I wanted and give me an estimate of what I wanted. He asked me to go to a home improvement center to pick out the flooring that I wanted and the fixture. I bought the fixture and picked out the flooring and got bar code of the product I wanted. The House Doctors then purchased the flooring and installed it. They also installed new quarter round moulding. The installation of flooring and moulding took two days. The installer was careful of my pet and the rest of my house by keeping the work area clean.

This repair was carried out promptly. The repairmen on the scene were good enough to take photos of the problem they found on the roof and show them to my wife, so she could evaluate the issues without having to go up on the roof. Quick and professional work.
