Good experience. Called the day before the appointment to confirm. Professional and courteous. Good work and neat.

I called Mr Vecchio and told him I needed my gutters cleaned. He sent someone out to do the work within 5 days. Everything went very well. I have used the House Doctors in the pass to clean my gutters and I will use them again.

Overall, it went well and didn't take very long.

The house doctors did a great job, we were having issues with water damage. The water was penetrating through the roof, the house doctors identified the problem quickly, gave a very reasonable estimate, and got the job done in 1 day. They were very honest and explained what was causing the issue. I would highly recommend using the house doctors.

He came 3 days earlier during rain, and he did an A+ job. Mark was who worked on my projects, and I would like to use this company again.

It went excellent. They fixed the windows and cauked them. There was a problem with the cauk and they came back and fixed it and it was fine. I had called them about doing this job, but the weather turned bad. As soon as it was nice they called and came out and did the work.

It turned out great. They took care of it very quickly and it is back to normal. They are very dependable and efficient.

In the beginning of March, we had an unusually heavy rainfall with a foot of snow already on the frozen ground. A few days later, I noticed dark spots in the carpet of the finished side of the basement. I later determined that water had leaked through the wall and soaked into the carpet, carpet pad, and paneling along one side of the basement. Presumably, the house (built 1951) had no waterproofing so the water had only one place to go -- the basement. It wasn't a lot of water, soaking in to about one third of the carpeting, but some water is too much. I called the House Doctors at the end of the week and Mike came by early the next week to take a look. I had wanted to fix up the basement before the damage to eventually sell the house. This gave me an excuse to remodel and waterproof it. Mike gave me an estimate a couple of days later and I agreed to the work. Initially, they would not have been able to get to my job for three or four weeks ( about the end of April). We were going to be gone on vacation that week so we decided on the first week of May. He called a couple of days later and said he could actually start the work the next week, if that would work out for me. It did and they came by to do the job. The three guys doing the work were efficient, relaxed, and unnoticeable (except for the expected loud noises). They finished in a week despite being slowed by the damp basement walls that did not dry well. The work was well done and has improved the look and feel of the room. All of the finish work is clean and professional. Mike later stopped by for a final walk through to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I did not receive estimates for the work other than the House Doctors and I didn't need to. I am willing to pay for quality work from good local businesses and that is what I got.

Excellent, efficient service-I would never climb that ladder. Both Mike and Bob do an excellent job with their services.

When I called about the bill he said his son had been out to my house twice, once last fall and once a few days ago. Neither time did I know he had come out nor did I know what work they had done until the bill came, which isn’t the way people generally do business. They should give you an estimate first, and they should tell you when they’re going to come. I know they didn’t flush the gutters and now I’m concerned that this fall or winter the gutters will be blocked since they didn’t flush them out. I’m presuming he did the work on the bill, but I don’t know for sure since I wasn’t there when they did it. He said he guarantees the work and will come out again, but I just think it should have been done right the first time.

The guys for the job was courteous and friendly, from the moment they came into the house until they left the job. Even when I tracked some plaster into a side room, they insisted on cleaning it. The job looks great--you can't tell where the huge damage was. This ended up being a bigger job than expected and they kept me inform each step of discovering an issue. It was, again, a great experience and I would hire these guys again. You cannot beat the service and quality work. And they show up on time or call if there are late!

He was very prompt, professional, pleasant, and polite. I haven?t called him back yet. It turns out that another company was going to charge less. I am hoping that he will match the price because I would like to use him. I had planned on him doing different installations in increments.

The job was excellent. I use them for everything. They call before they come and they show up on time. They are professional. They come in and do the work; there is no goofing off. They are very pleasant and explain everything on what they are going to do. They show me what they did. It was very pleasant all around. They had a good price and they charged half of what another company was going to charge. I will use them again and in my house I could keep them employed all year.

It went very well. The workers called before they came. And they did come at the appointed times. They got right to work. They are careful of my floors, and my pets. The plumber did have to make an access hole in my kitchen, but he provided the board to cover it back up again. I provided the paint and he painted it. The access hole is behind my refrigerator and is not noticeable. There is no goofing off, profanity or smoking. They do a good job of cleaning up after their work. I feel they do a good job of explaining what work is needed and why, and how they are going to do it.

The House Nurses are fantastic. Very professional and very attentive. They always ask if there's anything special I need them to do and it gets done along with the general cleaning. I have had The House Nurses clean my home for a very long time and have never had a problem. They are totally honest and, by the way, are wonderful with my dog.

As always, The House Doctors were attentive and professional in their work. They did a wonderful job and the finished product is perfect. I never have to worry about any work that The House Doctors do. I know it will be done right and with care. This job was no exception.

Excellent. They came when they said they would and didn't leave until it was completed. What especially impressed me was their responsiveness. My basement, along with many other homeowners' basements in Northeast Ohio, was flooded due to a sewer backup. There was a big snowstorm the previous Friday and then we were hit with torrential rains a couple of days later. The sewer system couldn't handle it. I knew that there would be many other homeowners trying to get someone in to clean up ther basements from the flood so I was surprised when The House Doctors were able to come in the very next day and take care of my basement. I would definitely use them again but I sure hope I never have to go through the stress of another flooded baseement!

The young man arrived about a half an hour early. His partner was here about an hour later than that. They mopped, bagged wet boxes and trash, cleaned everything with bleach and Lysol. They also carried upstairs boxes and bins that were above the water line. Furniture and a ruined treadmill were carried up to the garage. The only thing they didn't move was the washer and dryer although they did wipe off the exteriors of the appliances. All in all, they did a superb job of cleaning up what got wet and making sure that nothing mildewed as a result of the water.

He showed up the day we called . . . great! Chipped ice out of gutters for 10 hours over a 2 day period . . . great! Dented and scratched gutters by front door . . . not so great.

They provided an estimated. Date of service was set. Shelves built, stained, and installed on site Cleaned up mess. Shelves look great.

Great service Following heavy rains of 3/2011, I have no moisture problems. Have used house doctors twice since initial visit for other projects and they always do high quality and timely work.

I didn't really even meet them, but they showed up on time and did what they needed to do. Everything worked out in the end. They just went in and completed the work. They are a well run company and respond quickly. They had a fair price.
