+ -1 moreVery frustrating when someone says they will call you back and they never do.
Description of Work: I called 4 times in a 3 month period trying to arrange to have my lawn put in. Each time when I talked to Bryan about getting a quote, he said he would get back to me. He would never call back. After several days I would end up calling him to see if he was around. He eventually showed at my house (unannounced) to give a quote. I was not home. I wanted other things done and he said he would call be back. I am still waiting.
