I had an appointment with a two hour window and tech called and said he would be a my house less then 20min and never show i called the customer service and they were no help at all would not recomend to no

In January 2019 I signed a contract for an"exclusion job" which consisted in patching any holes from the outside and inside of the house so animals would not come into my attic. They finished the job only halfway because of technical problems. I made Several calls for them to complete the service with no answer even though I left messages several times on their phones. After close to three weeks they came back to complete at the job only after I called again and again; This was after they give me a date before prior ti this and never showed up. No apologies or calls were given.After the job was completed supposedly all the holes had been patched. However pests returned to the attic. I called them for this again and they sent somebody to remove them. He removed three squirrels and said he inspected the attic and did not find any holes. Hiwever all he did was eyeball the attic but did not remove or move the insulation that had been sprayed in the attic which very likely was covering the holes That same day I spoke to the manager and complained about their service.He told me "don't worry we will help you; we will be there tomorrow morning". They never showed up; they never called; I called there three numbers: I left a message and his cell phone twice and did not respond; I called their office To no avail. After that I called Terminix customer service and they hung up on me. This is a intolerable. Although I never lost my temper I should have after so many months of disappointments with this company.

They schedule a technician in a 2-hour window; on a good one, he shows up 15 minutes after the end of the window. Today, he didn't come at all and customer service was practically no help. Whatever you do, don't get sucked into automatic payments, or you will end up paying for services you don't receive.

After completing the preparations, we were patiently waiting for our phone call to advise us the exterminator was on his way. He finally calls at 4:45, saying he would not be able to make it to our home today, and that we would have to schedule a time for the following day. This is totally unacceptable for us. When we agree on a reasonable block of time for an exterminator to come, spend most of the day preparing, (with a newborn and toddler), and missing out on valuable sleep (as I work night shift), I expect the exterminator to show up. I feel we were blown off, and as if they do not value the time given by the paying customer. I wouldn't care if this is the best exterminator service out there, and if they would give their service for free; I would still choose a different company to go with. Companies that don't hold up their end of an agreement are useless to me. Glad this is America, and there are hundreds of other companies to choose from that value customer service, and the customers time.
Description of Work: After a very efficient, and promising phone call first thing in the morning, we secured a same-day appointment time to get our home treated. We were happy about this, because we have an issue with fleas, and with two small children in the house, we really wanted it taken care of as fast as possible. We were told the exterminator would arrive between 3 and 5, and we were given instructions on how to properly prepare the home to be treated, and began immediately.

The tech showed no interest in fixing the problem. He had very few innovative ideas and showed no initiative to take care of me. Customer service was frustrating: I always got someone in a different state and if I got disconnected, I had to start over. The people I spoke to were friendly, but there was no follow through. I was told time and time again that I would get a call about my problem, but there was never any follow through.
Description of Work: I hired them to take care of a moth problem. They charged me $100 every 2 months. The first technician would come out whenever I called and he was OK (I don't think he is with the company anymore). We are now on year 2 of trying to get rid of the moths. They never attempted to find the nests and have not solved my issue.

I haven't seen any bugs in the room ever since they sprayed the edges and crevices. The price was really high for something they did for 10 minutes.
Description of Work: They treated and sprayed the place for bedbugs.
