Description of Work: HE REPLACED SOME SHINGLES ON THE ROOF, REPAIRED A GAS LEAK ON THE FURNACE, MADE AN ELECTRICAL REPAIR WHERE HE REVERSED THE POLARIZATION, POWER SPRAYED STEPS AND CONCRETE, REPLACED CINDER BLOCKS IN THE BASEMENT THAT WERE MISSING, CLEANED OUT SOME DRAINS, AND SEALED THE DRIVEWAY.
