+ -1 moreRE- ASPHALTED PORTIONS OF DRIVE, ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF GARAGE, BUT DID SO WITHOUT LEVELING ASPHALT. CONSEQUENTLY, THERE ARE HILLS AND VALLEYS THROUGHOUT THE DRIVEWAY. SUBSEQUENT TO THIS DRIVE WAS TOPCOATED (SEALCOATED). HE STOPPED OVER ON THE 12TH OR 13TH AND STATED THAT HE WOULD COME OUT TO REASPHALT AREAS THAT WERE RETAINING WATER, BUT I HAVEN'T SEEN HIM YET. WATER IS STILL FLOWING INTO THE GARAGE BECAUSE OF THIS AND THE FACT THAT THE DRAIN IS NOT LEVEL WITH THE DRIVE.
