I was promised a start date of 2/29/2009. On this date they delivered some materials to do the work. They called and said they would have to delay the start date. I waited about two weeks for them to call. After leaving about 7 voicemails with no returned calls, I went to their office. I was told from another company in the building that they had moved about 6 months before. Mr. Wyley called and said they would be out to do the work. Again, he never showed up. I must have called him 30 times total with no response. I finally got my returned check in the mail for $350 out of the $800 that I paid originally. The difference was for the materials that they had purchased and not used. They could have used those materials on another job and refunded the full amount to me. I hired another company to do the work. I did file it with small claims court, and Mr. Wyley never showed up. Small claims court said there was nothing they could do because he had cashed the check at a check cashing company instead of a bank. I also informed the Better Business Bureau of the whole situation.

I contacted Juan, the owner about scheduling an appointment after our first appointment fell through. He said he would show up on a specific day but never showed. I tried to get in contact with him with no response. I had given him a down payment for the repairs. After several weeks with no response I contacted the BBB, the attorney general, as well small claims court. This business is completely unprofessional and I feel I need to warn others about their service.
