They were very nice to deal with, they were prompt and friendly. The windows look great, you can really tell a difference.

I went to Suntrol & Custom Tint to have the windows on my vehicle tinted. They did a good job. I just think that their prices were a little high, but besides that they did a great job.

They were clean and tidy. They even removed their shoes so as not to track dirt in. They were very professional and very prepared. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The salesperson, Tim Zimmerman, was knowledgeable and courteous. The prices were reasonable and the wait to have the work completed was short. The two installers worked quickly and neatly and left my house the way they found it. The film is the perfect tint,not too dark. My family did not even notice that it was installed.

The company came as promised for the estimate, and the following week to install the sun screens. The 2 workmen arrived on-time and they were very careful with the house and furnishings and our dog who became their new best friend! They installed the window tinting in a professional manner and you can't tell that the windows didn't come tinted from the factory. The results are beyond what we had expected with the room now being the same temperature as the rest of the house, and no glare. I would recommend Suntrol to any one looking to resolve a sun/heat control problem with their windows.

I called and spoke to customer representative, Trish. She was kind and professional, and I felt then, I had the right company. They were always prompt and considerate for my schedule and health issues. Brian came out on the sales call, and he was a gentleman, and clean. He wore foot-cover booties, and I have a very clean house with light carpeting. He did not pressure me, and he was very thorough in his explanation for my needs. My installer, Patrick, was a wonderful clean young man, and I had no regrets or fear about having this company in my home. Normally, I am hesitant having workers in my house. Never had one doubt with this company. It was great. They were very professional, and I really have had some bad experiences concerning other home repair. I would recommend them to all those I love most, I am that confident in their service.

Our salesperson, Mike Dolney, was very professional and his follow up was superb. The installer was punctual, very friendly, and cleaned up everything when he finished.

My only complaint is sales people and installers arriving late. Pet peeve.

WHEN THE INSTALLER CAME OUT HE POINTED OUT THAT ONE OF THE WINDOWS WAS CLOUDY (THE THERMAL SEAL WAS BROKEN) AFTER HE HAD PUT THE FILM ON. WE TOLD HIM THAT WE WOULD REPLACE THE GLASS, HE WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK TO DO THE WORK OVER AGAIN, & WE WOULD NOT PAY SUNTROL FOR ANOTHER INSTALLATION AS THE INSTALLER SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE BROKEN SEAL BEFORE PUTTING ON THE FILM. WE HAD THE GLASS REPLACED & SUNTROL PUT ON ANOTHER FILM INSTALLATION AT NO CHARGE. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY NEAT, COURTEOUS, & KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE.

THE QUOTE: DONALD IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS PRODUCT WHICH CAN BE A BIT CONFUSING. THE WORK: 3 PEOPLE CLEANED & INSTALLED THE WINDOW TINTING. THEY EXPLAINED HOW TO CARE FOR IT AS WELL. KEPT WORK AREA TIDY.

THE INSTALLERS ARE REALLY GREAT AND REALLY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THE WHOLE COMPANY SEEMS TO PUT A LOT OF EMPHASIS ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. WE CALLED THEM TO HAVE THEM RE-DO THE FILM BECAUSE IT TURNED OUT DARKER THAN WE LIKED. THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY APOLOGETIC, ALTHOUGH IT WAS DUE TO OUR SELECTION, NOT A MISTAKE. THEY GAVE US A BIT OF A BREAK FOR THE RE-DO OF THE WINDOWS, WHICH WE APPRECIATED. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RESPECTFUL AND HELPFUL, AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE. APPROXIMATE COST IS FROM ORIGINAL JOB.

MIKE AND JESSE WERE VERY NEAT. THEY WORKED RAPIDLY AND STEADILY. PRICE WAS JUST ABOUT WHAT I HAD ANTICIPATED. BEST OF ALL, THE FILM IS WORKING WELL AT KEEPING THE GREAT ROOM FROM HEATING UP SO BADLY IN THE AFTERNOONS.

HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF TO THE POINT YOU WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN ANYONE WAS HERE.

THE SALESMAN WHO VISITED WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND GAVE ME WINDOW FILM SAMPLES TO KEEP. HE EXPLAINED THE PROCESS, PRICES, WARRANTY AND DIFFERENT CHARACTERISTICS OF DIFFERENT FILMS. THE WORKERS ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY ALSO EXPLAINED CARE AND WARRRANTY INFORMATION. I CHOSE A VERY LIGHT TINT, MOSTLY TO HELP WITH UV RAYS FROM THE WINDOWS' SOUTHERN EXPOSURE THAT IS SO STRONG IT FADES FURNITURE. THE TINTED WINDOWS LOOK GREAT. SUNTROL DID A FNE JOB. I AM VERY SATISFIED.

ALL CONCERNED WERE PLEASANT AND POLITE. AN HOUR EARLY, WHICH IS BETTER THAN NO SHOW. THEY HAD TO BE REMINDED TO BE CAREFUL OF ROOMS CONTENTS. LEFT WATER DRIPS ON CARPET.

THESE FOLKS WERE EXCELLENT TO DEAL WITH. THE SALESMAN DID NOT PRESSURE US AT ALL AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEIR INSTALLATION GUY WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND HE DID A GOOD JOB. THE WINDOWS LOOK GREAT AND THE FILM THEY USED REALLY CUTS DOWN ON THE LIGHT. EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
