Some of the furniture had to be disassembled and then put back together in the new place. The job was a big one and I wasn't sure for how long were we going to need the movers. Then I called and agreed on a price and time frame with their agent. Chills went through my body when their truck pulled up in the alley. I was still not emotionally and physically ready to part with the old house filled with memories. However I was just excited to get to my new home. The movers came in and started packing and getting everything down. They even tried to get their shoes off but I stopped them from being ridiculously nice and friendly (the place was already a mess) and they continued with the disassembling the master bed. I got really sad watching it being taken away and then they came back to take our favorite sofa. Apparently, the big things went in the truck first. By the time the house was cleared out, I was feeling a sense of relief and got really excited about the new journey for me. They were nice and handy and did everything by themselves. It was good that they were well-put and quite fit because there was a lot of stuff. The overall service with sunset international movers was great.

From, the first person I spoke with to the last guy I shook hands with they were all very helpful, friendly and professional. It was the professionalism & courtesy that calmed our stress. The team that packed our items arrived on time, were quick but organized. The guys that delivered and completed the move were in touch with us through-out. Moving anywhere is stressful, but putting all your belongings in a truck then fly it out of the country. Our new home wasn't be ready when the movers arrived so we had to meet them at storage facility. The next week we were able to move into our new home. While we still have a few boxes to unpack, I am relieved say 99% of our items arrived in tact without damage. Lastly, it didn't cost us a penny more than what was quoted to me from the sales rep. I can't say enough good things about everyone we dealt with from sunset. My finance' and I thank you all. We've already recommended them to friends.
