+ -1 moreVery smooth and extremely quick. Came out same day and replaced the hot water heater and took the old one away.
Description of Work: Our 15 yr. old water heater finally died so I called Steve the next morning and he called right back. Came out by 3:00 that day and installed the new one. He also suggested a slight upgrade which didn't cost a lot more to do but made a huge difference in our recovery rate which is really important with a family of 4.

+ -1 moreSteve Laccheo always does good work, and is reasonable. My neighbors too have used him for a number of emergencies. He can come out at the last minute, even on holidays. He is very good when it comes to doing last minute repairs.
Description of Work: We use Steve Laccheo Plumbing for our plumbing needs. About two months ago we had a pipe break in the third floor of our house and Steve Laccheo, the plumber, had come out and fixed it. He has done a lot of last minute emergency work for us. A couple of years ago on New Year’s Day or something the washing machine hose had broken and it was flooding. Steve had come out back then to fix it.
