The Sales Rep, Jim Bartholomew is very professional and responsive to my needs. No aggressive security sales pitch. The Account Rep, Brenda Dull, is a great communicator and pulled together the installation, configuration, and account billing setup. The Technicians are very knowledgeable and worked with me on the installation and configuration and trained me on how to use all the features. All in all the new system is much easier to use and has so much more value for the price.
Description of Work: State Alarm updated my older hard wired alarm system with color touchpad panels that integrate home security, medical emergency, and fire protection. I can see live video of my front yard. I get current weather conditions. I get alarm notifications texted to my phone and can arm the system from their phone app. Later I may add some home automation to control door locks lights from the system and my phone.

MEMBER HAD A PROBLEM WITH HER ALARM AND THEY WOULDN'T COME OUT FOR 3 WEEKS. WERE LATE COMING OUT, HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK. LEFT THE SERVICE COMPANY FOR ANOTHER BECAUSE THEY HAD BAD SERVICE/ WERE NOT PROMPT.
