They were very good and accommodating. They baited the traps and left the traps for up to two weeks and we called them when the animal was caught.

They were very thorough. They guaranteed the work. They said after a month they could redo it again after a month, but I haven't had to do that.

Great. Two gentlemen came out the next day. One did the mouse extermination and the other did the termite estimate. Termite estimate was less than another quote I received. Returned in a week to check on mouse activity and removal. Both men were very respectful, quick, and efficient. No sign of mouse activity (given 90-day warranty).

Bill did a great job. The rat was removed and he recommended areas to seal up to prevent their entry to the house. They came back for a follow up a week later.

Bill came out when promised and took away the rodent, along with placing baits/traps. Highly recommend them. At the time I was away on business and my spouse was dealing with the kids and house as well as trying to work. Speed Exterminating took care of a crazy problem.

Bill came when he was scheduled. Checked around and decided their colony was in one of our doors, which has hollow spaces inside. Sprayed into the door and sealed the small holes in the top and bottom. He also sprayed around the edges of several other rooms some of the ants had migrated. Was friendly and efficient. So far, no more ants.

They came fast, did a great job, and gave great advice. I did not need to be home at the time of the job. It was very convenient. They were very pleasant to work with.

The cost for mice control service would be $139 + tax with a 3 month guarantee and 1 week followup. Also asked about animal control for possums and skunks from setting up camp under my deck. I had mice in the crawlspace and a few were getting into the house from somewhere. He was very nice and recommended steel wool be used to plug up holes and cracks around foundation until they were sealed up at least or anywhere mice could come in which confirmed what I had read on the INTERNET. Also informed me that you can rent traps for Skunks, raccoons, etc., if you want for $35 deposit, then $15 a week. At the time believed a possum was staying under my deck, they tend to not stay that long in any one place and seemed he/she moved on. Have since put my own screening around the deck for mice, etc.

The technicians who have come to my home twice in the past year have been very thorough and professional. They have covered their shoes before coming into the house, placed bait in well-concealed areas, sealed up some areas and offered me advice to keep small rodents from entering the home and invading food supplies. I have had no further rodent problem since Speed Exterminating did the job! They were reasonably priced and skilled.

They told me I would need to come to the store to pick up the product but they did not have the right product I needed. I appreciated his honesty. I don't think he was trying to mislead me at all.

Technician was very knowledgeable and pointed out that nearby summer road and storm sewer construction projects had displaced many vermin, thus accounting for their early appearance in houses. He was always on time.

I called them and they came out the next day, which is when they said. He explained everything they were doing. I have a chemical allergy and he explained that that would not be a problem.

Dave was very knowledgeable. Inspected backyard area where we noticed wasps and discovered nests in areas we had no idea existed (shutters in front of home). Sprayed around entire home including the gutters. Will definitely look to add their services as part of our annual budget.

Work was not performed because the Seller decided to take his house off the market and not deal with the issue. I can tell you from experience, though, that I have used and recommended John Young and Speed Exterminating to all my clients for years and they are a seriously good company. They know what they are doing, and have been in the business a long time. They treat everyone nicely, are reasonably priced, and care about their jobs. John's father is an entomologist...he used to tell me about all kinds of bugs...in great detail...so fascinating! I did not know that they did bird extermination and cleanup - that's what I was looking for. They would have done a fine job, I am positive!

Bill arrived at my house first thing in the morning. I showed him where the ants were seen, and he took special care in the area. He sprayed the outside as well as inside, and I feel he gave special attention to the whole house. I am going to have them out quarterly, and I believe I will be as happy as I was today. Bill really seemed to know his stuff! The woman I spoke to when I made the appointment was very nice as well. I am pleased overall!

After calling a competitor that wanted to lock me into a year-long contract, I called Speed Exterminating for a quote on getting rid of carpenter ants. When setting up the appointment, I also mentioned that I thought I had carpenter bees. I expressed concern about the safety of my pets during the exterminating, and was assured that they would use pet-safe chemicals or that they would not treat the area where the pets were contained, and that, if there was a subsequent problem with pests, they would come back and re-treat under their 90 day warranty. I found the technician to be punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and sensitive to my concerns. It was a pleasant and positive an experience as an extermination can be!

Dave was super! He called when he was 15 minutes away and arrived right on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and I trusted him immediately. He even left me an aerosol spray for the flies! He showed great care for my house, cats, and my personal belongings. I will recommend Speed Exterminating and use them again!

They do a good job. They come on time. They also took care of a wasp problem they saw I had. If I have to have them back within the month, they come out for free. They are very neat. They cover their feet when they come in the house.

Bill was prompt, courteous, and professional. In spraying for ants, he also noticed several nests of wasps and treated those areas as well. He also showed concern for the safety of my pets. I have used this company several times and would use it again. Highly recommend!

Rick was fabulous. He gave me a lot of information educating me about carpenter bees and their habits. Then he sprayed my property including my wood fence. Rick even removed the bee excretion (I didn't know it existed) off of my garage. He stayed for a little over an hour and was very thorough. I was pleased with his performance and professionalism. I highly recommend this company and ask for Rick!
