The company is great. Don, the technician, is very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We were able to set up the appointment quickly. I felt they did a good job. I would use this company again.

A female rat moved into the chipmunk holes by our back door, killed the chipmunks, and had two litters of babies in rapid succession. Speed Exterminating located all the holes, baited, and returned in one week to collect the five dead rats. A second round of bait was applied to any holes that could still have been active in the recent past just in case there is a survivor. Leaves were placed in the holes so I can see if there is any activity. I have a 90-day warranty from the initial date of service if any rats appear. Everything was explained very clearly to me and I learned quite a bit about rats and their behavior. I am very impressed with Speed Exterminating's professionalism, thoroughness, experience and prompt response! They came out just as soon as I was able to be home to meet them and did the initial work immediately. I am recommending them to all my neighbors.

My first experience with them was not good, but it was the way they remedied the problem that kept me going to them. The guy they sent the first time was very unprofessional, and had no idea what he was doing. After I called them they sent Bill, who has been coming since, and he is great! He knows what he is doing, and is very timely when he comes. The work he does is great, and he is very personable and professional. He also makes sure there aren't any issues that we don't know about. He is very thorough, and if I don't call for a specific time, they call and give us a time, and unless I'm not okay with it, they come within just a couple of days.

The ants were in a door. They took the door outside and sprayed then sprayed throughout the house. They give a 90 day guarantee on their work.

They did a good job. We had some wasps return. I called them and they came out and sprayed again at no cost to us. They have a very strong customer service. They are very pleasant.

I called Speed Exterm. to get an estimate on spraying for ants. The rep was super nice and recommended that I could come in and purchase the ant killer for a tenth of the cost of hiring them to do it. I walked into the store at 1pm, when they close, and she cheerily waited on me anyway. She told me how to use the product and where to spray it. It was very easy and relatively safe, since it is a water-based poison.

They were very good about scheduling around my timeline. Their work is guaranteed, and they are very prompt. He also explained everything he was doing and using.

LAST YEAR WE SPENT APPROXIMATELY THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR THEIR SERVICES. THEY ARE EASY TO GET A HOLD OF AND TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY ARE ON TIME, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I've contracted with Speed Exterminating for a number of years and have never been disappointed. From bats to mice to carpenter bees, they've handled and solved every issue very promptly. Their service technician Dave is always professional, prompt, efficient, capable and extremely knowledgeable.

I found a pile of icky wood shavings in the garage and called Speedy. Woman who answered the phone was friendly and knowledgeable. She diagnosed the problem as carpenter ants. Appointment was set up. Exterminator came on time, was very thorough, answered all my questions. All the bugs are dead! A very good experience.

Jim came out and inspected a wood pile, he determined that there were no termites that it was a different pest that was in the firewood. He also walked around the perimeter of the house to see if he noticed any other signs of infestation. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. There was no charge for the service call. I will definitely use them again.

I always use this company. They treat the problem and don't try to sell you a monthly service. Dave has made several visits to my home over the years and is always friendly, low-key, and efficient. This time, the company's records showed they were last here in 2003--so four years is a good long time between treatments! Can highly recommend.

Excellent service. Nick was very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all questions and took his time to explain how we could prevent mice from getting in the house. We will be using Speed Exterminating again next year to treat the house!
