They came when they said they were going to come and I think they did a good job.

I would highly recommend this company. From the first phone call I made to them, to the last service they performed, they are completely competent and professional. I live in an area that is likely to attract various critters. The final results of their work is truly a great relief to me; there has been no sign of these pests. I plan to have them perform their service on a regular basis.

We had a problem with ants two years ago and used this company with excellent results. A few ants started to reappear and we immediatley contacted them again. An appointment was made within the week and I specifically requested the same tech who had been out previously as he was extremely knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. The tech was prompt, professional, and knew where to look to try to locate the source. Spraying was thorough along baseboards, window wells, etc. An ant or two appeared shortly afterwards (which happens once they are flushed out) but we have not seen a single one since then! We are very pleased and consider it money well spent.

They were fine. The price was $110 without tax. I went with them because it looked like they had been established for a long time and they had a number of employees. Nobody advertised for a moth exterminator, so I wanted somebody who would have handled a range of pest problems. I made an appointment. The man came once and just gave an estimate. Then due to some schedule conflict on his part or my part or both, he came out again and spent a lot of time here and did a very thorough job. I haven't seen any clothes moths since so I have to assume that what he did was very good. As far as food moths, we have seen some more, but they have been under control with traps. I think the guy actually appeared here by mistake after that. Once he was here, he asked me how it was going and told me that they have a free follow-up if we had any problems still. We haven't called them back so I guess we haven't considered our problems too bad. The secretary also told me about that by accident that we get 2 sprayings for $110 if you need the second one and it's not extra. I think the price was pretty much the same as the others. It was competitive, but not below anybody else.

They're very good, they're very thorough, they're on time, they're reasonably priced and they do get the job done. I've used them for years, and I'm very, very happy with them.

They are always on time. Once, when we were trying to get rid of ants and they were not completely gone, they came back and took care of it at no extra charge. They stood behind what they did. They have sprayed for carpenter ants and got rid of some wasps for us.

I accompanied him as he carefully went through every room and the entire outside. He sprayed even the second storey, outside.

Had bees in a pipe that goes into the house. Speed Exterminating came out on time and sprayed the nest. They quarantine their work and will remove/spray if a nest reappears.

I has been a very positive experience. They have been very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

They come out to take care of the problem and Speed Exterminating has a three month guarantee so if the bees come back within that time, they come back out for free. We like that it is a smaller company rather than a big chain and they've always done a good job. I don't have anything to compare the price to but it seems good.

The exterminating went well and so far we haven't seen any ant at all. Bill was very thorough when he sprayed around my entire house and my deck.

Late at night, we heard something in our attic. It needed to be removed. We called the next morning and Speed got us a guy out to the house the same day. We thought it was a raccoon, but more likely a squirrel or mouse according to the tech. The tech was amazing. He was unflappable, dressed professionally, polite and knowledgeable. When he left, I felt like I truly understood the mind of a mouse. He gave me the needed confidence to finalize the fix of the problem and assured me what I needed to call him back with if we heard anything again. While I would have LOVED for him to have descended my attic with the beast in question, I'm thrilled that we are proactive and working towards the solution. (Also, glad that I didn't have to SEE the beast, in all honesty.)

He completed the job quickly, and everything was satisfactory.

It went well. The skunk left of his own accord.

They sprayed and it seemed to take care of the problem. The quality of the work was good and I was able to schedule an appointment quickly.

My house was built on a slab, and they told me that the ants are attracted to that. I use them about every 3 years when the ants find their way back. They kept coming back when the ants didn't go away, and they were very nice about it. They come out right away if you have bugs. I have never had to wait a long time for them. They are always very nice. Their services have been good. They honor their warranty. One time I had them come back after the warranty period was over, and they came back at no charge.

No sign of ants after two days. One month later and we have had no further problems.

My experience went very well. When we first started seeing ants, we bought a spray to try to take care of them. After a week or so, we saw more and more, so we then bought several more products for the indoors and outdoors and used them extensively. The ant problem seemed to get better, but it still didn't end. We then went on vacation for a weekend, and upon returning we found hundreds of ants in a single room, along with another few hundred scattered throughout the house. I knew at that point that it was time to take care of the situation. We called Speed, and they immediately made an appointment for the next day. The exterminator was punctual, arriving in the first hour of a two hour window, and he quickly went to work. He was very extensive and made sure to put additional work into the room with the biggest problem. It has now been a couple weeks since the spraying, and in all that time we have seen one ant. That ant looked to be in bad shape and on its way to the grave. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Speed did what no spray from the hardware store could do.

He came quickly and did a good job. It seems to have worked because I haven't found any more droppings. The price was good. I would hire them again.

We used them last year when we were in the process of selling our old house. They sprayed all around the house for ants, and then at some point after we had sold our house we noticed a few more bees or something around, and they came out again to get rid of them at no extra cost because it was within the 90 day warranty period. We hired them because they were a local company and also because their price was great.

Great overall job at a reasonable price. Very responsive.

We haven't had a mouse problem for three years and counting since their visit.
