Very well. They were honest, and I loved booking the appointment on their website. They've been recommended by a couple of friends, and they will be my go to shop from now on.

I had created a problem by being unaware of a switch that kept my parking lights turned on when the engine was turned off. Somehow, I had turned that switch on accidentally and discharged the battery several times, actions that prematurely reduced the expected life of the battery. Sirl's checked out the system promptly, discovered the problem, checked the battery and replaced and I was back in action again. Pretty stupid on my part? Yes! It is unlikely that I will do this again although I may use Sirl's because they were very good about the service.

They did an amazing job, found a few small details the insurance adjuster missed. I can't even tell there was a hole in the roof of my truck. I worked closely with Doug to make sure there wasn't anything I missed to tell him about what needed to be fixed. I even asked if he could look at my glovebox compartment to see why it wasn't shutting (this wasn't even a part of the work requested). When I got my truck back it was fixed. It was very nice of Sirl's to do that for me. They suggested rental car companies for me and how to get the best deal and they even helped me save a little bit of money from the original quote. I will definitely recommend Sirl's to friends and family and use them for future modifications to my truck or if anything happens again.

They did fantastic work and it really shows that they have been in business for over 20 years.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. I truly appreciated his honesty in telling me that it was not the transmission, and that it was only a broken bearing.

We hit a raccoon that cracked the front bumper cover of our '03 Prius. Sirl's completed and submitted the estimate to our insurance company, ordered the parts, scheduled and performed the repair. The completed work was excellent - the paint job rivaled the factory paint. Doug is a friendly, honest, and professional provider of high quality work. If we ever hit another raccoon we will certainly take our work to Sirl's.

My husband has always been very happy with them. They know what they’re doing and they seem to be straight forward with things. You don’t feel like they’re trying to take advantage of you. The work was done quickly and well. Our insurance company wanted to do things kind of a little bit more cheaper like they didn’t think this was necessary and he’s like yeah, it really is necessary and he went ahead and just did it and I think he took a loss. I don’t think he got paid the full amount for the service because the insurance company was trying to be a little cheap.

Provider very helpful. Took my car in at a convenient time for me. Test drove the car with me as driver so they could hear the noise and feel the vibration as I was driving. Called with an exact estimate on price. Explained extent of problem and what needed to be done. This information was provided by individual who would be performing work. Provider called and said car was ready for pick up well within time stated.

They were very accommodating in keeping the car longer then they needed to. They held the car for me to help me out.

I go back because they do excellent work and they’re very prompt. They’re a great company to do business with. Scheduling is good and the technicians are very knowledgeable and they explain things in a way you can understand.

The body work was done very well and we were happy with the results. Sirl's completed the work over four days which was understandable because of the amount of work needed to be done. They used the time they needed and gave us quality work. We were notified promptly when our car was ready for us. We paid Doug our deductible and the rest was collected from our car insurance. Doug was courteous and professional. I would recommend them to our family and friends.

Took my elderly mother's car to Sirl's due to recommendation on Angie's List. Their professionalism is beyond words. Her older model car being damaged was a very traumatic experience for her. Sirl's took excellent care of both her emotions and the car. They gave her various options for the repairs and kept her informed during the repair process. We couldn't be more pleased with the repairs. Sirl's is highly recommended.

They are very trustworthy. They kept me in the loop as to how things were going since my car had extensive damage. When I got my car back, you couln't tell that it had been in an accident. The colors to the front of the car and back matched perfectly.

Sirl's Automotive Inc identified the problem and suggested me to take my car to a dealer or service outfit that specializes in VW cars as they would have the experience, training, and proper tools. They had my car for a day and a half and they found the problem that was bothering me for more than a year. They did an outstanding job and I have nothing but praise for them.

They detail oriented, they're very conscientious, and very customer focused.

Sirl's Body Shop services were very good. They did a very nice jobe on repairing the vehicle. I would have liked a couple more frequent updates on the status of the vehicle while it was in their possession (but I am pretty picky). I would take my car back to them but hopefully will not have to again (aka staying accident free).

They are very pleasant. They explain things to you. If they say they are going to do something they do it. We have had very good experiences with them.

SIRL'S AUTOMOTIVE INC - Auto Service I have used Sirl's Automotive Inc. before, but this time wasn't great. They thought it was the motor in the window that was keeping the window from going up and down, it turned out to be the switch. The switch was more expensive, but they didn't have the proper equipment to program this switch so, we basically left there with a brand new switch and still could not work the window. We had to take the car somewhere else to get the switch programmed and paid more money.

The repaired our bumper and found hidden damage under the trunk they called the insurance company and worked everything out. Our rental car from Enterprize was worked out with Sirls so it was there waiting when we dropped off the car. Although it was a 2010 Honda Civic after bringing the car home we released it had very bad breaks and a low front tire, but Enterprize brought a tow truck to our house picked it up and dropped off a new car. It we did play phone tag for awhile with Sirls- However Sirls work WAS BEAUTIFUL! I would go back to them again for sure!

Sirls is very convenient, I work just up the street. Every time I have dropped the car off, it was ready hours before I could pick it up. They call me and tell me exactly what the car needs or doesn't need. Their rates are very reasonable, I have had the car's brakes fixed there on prior visits and other routine maintenance work. The personnel are very respectful and do a great job!

They are very nice people and very easy to work with. They are very communicative and do excellent work. They did an excellent job and I do not know of a company that could do better work.

The experience started a bit rocky, but the end result was fine. The tow truck driver quoted a rate of $40 to take the damaged car to the shop - it was less than a mile away. The billed amount for the tow was actually $75 (their standard police tow rate). When I challenged the discrepancy, the driver denied giving the quote and management pressed for the full amount - very unprofessional, especially since I was about to hand over a check for nearly $2,700! In the end, I paid $40. Strike two came when I planned to meet the shop supervisor on a Saturday afternoon and he never showed...seems he arranged for his coworker to talk to me, but word never got to the front desk. I was forced to change travel plans to meet him on Monday. The end result - the work on the car, was actually quite good. This was a non-insurance job, so they worked to save me money whenever possible. Turnaround time was longer than promised...this seems to be a common complaint. The car looks great!
