Bill Logan responded within a day of my leaving a message for him, and arrived promptly to review the situation. He evaluated the problem immediately, proposed what he was going to do, and provided a wriiten estimate within a couple of days. His work was methodical and efficient. The job was spread out over four days, and at the end of each day he cleaned up every speck of dust. At all times he was polite and respectful and willing to accomodate my schedule. The experience was very pleasant.

The quality of the cabinets was very very high. The painting, however, was a little iffy. For custom building, I would certainly consider using him again in the future.

Bill returned my call the same day I had left a message. We scheduled a visit for him to do the estimate, which was done within two days (he worked within my difficult schedule). He explained exactly what he would have to do to repair the damage in terms of "best scenario" and worst case scenario. He emailed me (my preferred contact) a detailed estimate within two days of his site visit. We scheduled a time for him to come and do the work--all of this was done within 6 days. He arrived at my home on time. Placed protective coverings on the floor and countertops. It took 2 1/2 days to complete the project. He was very neat, cleaned up at the end of each day. Was very professional and extremely easy to work with. He explained the problem he encountered with the joist and showed me the damage and said how it could be fixed. He provided me with paint swatches which was a great courtesy. He purchased all materials (we paid in advance and received the receipts).
