I brought in a printed list of items to be checked and repaired. Had to call back to get the estimate when I had not heard back from them.said it would be~ $200 to fix all items. Told them to proceed to work on it. Again I had to call back when I hadn't heard back in 2 weeks. When I spoke to Darwin on a Friday was told items had been on back order and it would be ready by Monday. When I called back the next week was told that the gas tank was replaced however they were not able to repair the self propelled portion as it was more than the line. This should gave been known when they gave us the initial quote and examination of it. I was told I could pick up the lawn mower and pay ~$120 to have a lawn mower that still did not ave the self propelled fixed. I couldnt get the lawn mower back without paying the ~$120 as they already put the gas tank in. Spoke to both Darwin and owner. Neither were very helpful and in the end they kept the lawn mower as we were not wanting to pay $120 for an un repaired lawnmower. I would not recommend them as the customer service is sub par. I was repeatedly told he was sorry he had a really bad summer. Unfortunately the only ones who suffer from their bad summer are the customers.

They did a really wonderful job. They are very informative, trustworthy, straightforward and very friendly. Everyone I worked with there was very friendly and helped me make a good decision.

I bought a Honda mower and snowblower from Sill's about a decade ago and have had them service both machines over the years. They are courteous, responsive and accommodating. They look for the most cost-effective solution and keep me informed of the repair status along the way.

Took bikle in and they listened and then gave me solutions.

They set a new standard for ethical behavior. The owner has been dealing with motorcycle business her entire life. The service department is excellent, friendly and highly ethical. They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with what I bought from them, which I am. I continue to spend money here because they are great guys.

Took a few days to get appointment but that was due to freakishly warm weather causing all bikers to want to get out on the road. Dropped off scooter at closing time and was ready early next day. Cheaper than another company by about $20 for my scooter.
