I hired them a week ago monday, and they were referred to me by my insurance company. They first came in, looked at me, and asked what I wanted done. I told them I needed the ceiling repaired. He gave me different choices and asked what my deductible was. He suggested we replace the damaged section of the ceiling, which was most cost effective for me. They came by the next morning and papered my entire floor so they wouldn't damage it. They moved and covered furntiure. The tore down the damaged section and removed the paper plaster. Put up the drywall. Checked for interior damage and mold bewteen the ceiling and floors. Made sure everything was done right. They suggested I buy a new ceiling fan, and that they would install it for free, so I bought the fan and they installed it. Took a few days for the paste to harden and paint to dry, but now it looks like there is no damage. They were very courteous, professional, prompt, quit to respond to my questions and requests. After all the work was done, they asked if there was anything else I thought they needed to do. They even put back my furniture. I love these guys!
