+ -1 moreHe first went down to the basement to check the structural foundation of the house. He found issues that needed to be addressed by a structural engineer, and told me that he could finish the home inspection if I wanted him to, but he felt that it made more sense to have a structural engineer perform the work, then have him finish the home inspection due to the potential severity of the issues. He did this free of charge, and needless to say, I will be using him for every home inspection I need to have done moving forward.The honesty, courteousness and professionalism he showed was unparalleled, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.
