+ -1 moreORIGINALLY THEY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE FIRST APPOINTMENT. THERE WAS SOME MISCOMMUNICATION WITHIN THEIR COMPANY AND THEY GAVE ME A FREE MONITORED SMOKE DETECTOR. I FELT A LITTLE PRESSURE TO MAKE A DECISION THAT DAY, BUT I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THEIR SERVICE AND THE SERVICE OF GUARDIAN.
Description of Work: WE HAD A WIRELESS ALARM SYSTEM INSTALLED BY THIS COMPANY WHICH CONSISTED OF 3 DOOR ALARMS, 1 MOTION DETECTOR, 2 KEY PADS, AND 3 MONITORED SMOKE DETECTORS. WE ARE MONITORED BY GUARDIAN FOR 34.99 PER MONTH.

+ -1 moreWHEN THEY INSTALLED MY SYSTEM THEY DISCONNECTED MY FREEZER BY ACCIDENT. I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY WOULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I CONTACTED ADT BECAUSE THEY SUB-CONTRACTED IT OUT TO SAFE & SOUND AND ADT WOULDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT EITHER.
