Description of Work: Did water proofing at my home.Poor quality. Not responsive to problems. Did not honor warranty.

+ -1 moreThe pilot light went out again five days later and when I called I was told someone would be there the next day. I waited all day and when no one showed I called the company and was told the repairman went home with the flu. I was told the repairman would be there the next morning and by 12:30 when there was no phone call or repairman I cancelled my appointment. I would never use this company again. They also do business as J.M. Ruzicka.
Description of Work: We had them install a water heater for us almost two years ago so when we had trouble with the pilot light staying lit we called them. They came out and said they couldn't find anything but "cleaned" it up.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY HAS PERFORMED SATISFACTORY PLUMBING WORK IN THE PAST AND THIS FAILURE IS DISAPPOINTING. MINUTE MAN PLUMBING ALSO HAS NEGATIVE REPORTS WITH THE BBB.
Description of Work: ON JAN 8 2005 $700 WAS PAID TO PLUMBER ROBERT HANNA OF MINUTE MAN/ J.M. RUZICKA PLUMBING, AS A DOWN PAYMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING WORK. THE WORK HAS NEVER BEEN DONE AND PHONE CALLS HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED. I LEARNED FROM THE BBB THAT TERRANCE KORDIAC, PRES. OF MINUTE MAN PLUMBING IS ALSO THE OWNER OF J.M. RUZICKA PLUMBING & A.C. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE LIST FIRST (MINUTE MAN HAS NEGATIVE REPORTS)AND WILL STRICTLY CHECK REPORTS FOR FUTURE PLUMBING WORK.

+ -1 moreWHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. MR. HANNA DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE PREVIOUS WORK. HE SEEMED TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST AND THERE WAS NO INDICATION THAT HE WOULD TAKE A $700 DEPOSIT, NOT RETURN ANY PHONE CALLS, AND NEVER RETURN TO PERFORM THE ADDITIONAL WORK.
Description of Work: AFTER BEING PAID FOR INSTALLING WATER LINES, FAUCETS, TOILETS & SINKS TO BATHROOM & KITCHEN (JOB WELL DONE), MR. HANNA WAS GIVEN A $700 DEPOSIT IN JANUARY '05 FOR ADDITIONAL PLUMBING WORK. MR. HANNA HAS NEVER PERFORMED THE ADDITIONAL PLUMBING WORK AND HAS NEVER RETURNED ANY CALLS. I HAD TO GET ANOTHER PLUMBER AND HAVE TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION.
