 + -1 moreMr. Sedars is low-key. He operates with a low overhead which enables him to underprice other home remodelers. He is easy to work with, diligent, reliable and honest. The work he did on our home was excellent. We are very pleased and fortunate to have such high quality workmanship at such a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Replaced part of ceiling under a 2nd floor shower that leaked and damaged the ceiling. This involved covering a 2' x 3' hole. He also installed a through-the-roof fan duct in the upstairs bath to better vent moist air from a shower that was causing ceiling paint in the bath ceiling to peel. Additionally, he installed a thermostatically controlled fan in our attic to vent hot air in order to extend life of new roof. Located a first rate roofer for our home. That recommendation saved us roughly $5,000 compared to the roofer we were considering. Assembled and fitted a large cupola onto our roof. Mr. Sedars did an outstanding job for considerably less than we were quoted by other contractors.
