+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE IN COMING TO MY HOME TO MEASURE, GETTING THE TRAVERTINE I SELECTED FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR AND READYING IT FOR INSTALLATION. A LARGE PIECE OF THE TRAVERTINE BROKE WHEN INSTALLER TOOK IT OFF THE TRUCK AT MY HOME. NEEDING TO SELECT ANOTHER SLAB, I ENDED UP FINDING THE SLAB I WANTED AT A COMPETITOR'S STORE SO HAD THAT STORE INSTALL. OTHERWISE, I WOULD HAVE HAD ROME DO IT AGAIN. ROME MARBLE MAILED A REFUND OF MY DEPOSIT THE SAME DAY I ADVISED THAT A COMPETITOR WOULD BE DOING THE INSTALLATION. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND WOULD USE THEM IN FUTURE JOBS, IF I FOUND THE MATERIAL AT THEIR STORE OR A DISTRIBUTOR'S WAREHOUSE.
