I originally got three estimates which were all pretty close in price range. I finally picked them because their product knowledge swayed me. The project only took a week to do after it was scheduled. I would hire them again in the future if needed.

Once I received my new quote and complied all required documentation for the permit, they applied for the permit for me through Parma. Unfortunately, my existing fence was out of code and I had to apply for a variance. Jonell and her dad have been so helpful with everything and have answered all of my crazy, non-stop questions. Jim came back out a 3rd time when the building department wasn't happy with the sketch and he created a new, more detail sketch and mailed it to me the next day. They have also been very patient as it took 2 months for me to be able to ask for the variance and it was just granted last week. I was able to immediately make an appointment and they are able to work around my schedule and start the fence on my day off next week. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as their knowledge of the business, their professionalism and attentiveness has been outstanding thus far!

They came on schedule for the estimate, but only gave me a price for a new fence, which I told them specifically I could not afford at this time. I called back and left a message asking for a price to remove the fence. I did not get a return call or any correspondence.

My husband spoke with Jonell who scheduled a time for a representative to come give us an estimate. We then realized that we couldn't keep the appointment. My husband called Jonell to reschedule and left a message. She never returned his call. I emailed her asking her to contact us so we could reschedule and she never responded. We have hired another fencing company.

I Called Rolen Brothers Fencing inquiring about having a fence put in on one side of my property. The salesman "Jim" came out to the house within two days, which impressed me considering some other fence companies never even bothered to call me back (their loss). We discussed the types of privacy fencing available. I communicated my needs and the salesman made a couple of recommendations and proceeded to show me some samples of the various materials available. I settled on a "style" of fence and Jim said he would send me a quote for that style of fence with the two types of wood that I was considering. Within a couple of days I had received a written Proposal/quote. Rolen Brothers quote was comparable to other quotes I had received. I called the office and asked if they had a customer in the area that had the same type of fence I was considering so that I could see what a finished fence looked like and also to check out the quality of their work. They gave me a name and address in my neighborhood so I went and checked it out. I was impressed with the quality of the work they had done for this other customer, I was equally impressed with the positive reference the gentleman gave regarding the professional manor and speed in which the Rolen Brothers performed. Based on the quote and the positive reviews from "Angie's List" and the recommendation I got from their reference I went ahead with the job. At the time of the initial visit from Rolen Brothers Fence Co. The salesman stated work on the fence would probably begin within a couple of weeks or so after receiving the deposit. Actually the work began within two Days!!!. Unfortunately I was out of town when they showed up. I always like to be present when I have work done so if any problems come up they can be handled quickly. As luck would have it the crew ran into a glitch regarding placement of a fence post near my exciting gate. The crew wisely halted construction until I returned home. I took care of the situation with my gate and Rolen Brothers quickly finished the job. How good did they do? I would have to say Rolen Brothers Fence Co. Exceeded my expectations in every respect of this job. They were extremely professional, did EXCELLENT work, did it fast and cleaned up after the job. After a number of bad experiences with contractors in the past. Rolen Brothers has restored my faith that there are still quality businesses out there to work with.

They were very courteous. They did an excellent job customer service wise. They didn't make a mess. They came on time and finished the job earlier than expected.

An estimate was given in a timely fashion. The crew came out on time and did an excellent job.

Seemed not interested or didn't want to do the job if I tried to save some money by installed the fence panels myself.

My neighbor decided she was not going to replace her fence. Since I have a dog, I wanted a fence to contain her in my otherwise fenced-in yard. I found Rolen Brothers through Angie's List, and in mid-February called to inquire about having a new fence installed. Jonel Rolen returned my first call within 4 days, apologizing for having taken so long because she had been sick with the flu. I was thrilled that my call was answered so promptly. After I told her the problem, she said she would have someone come out to measure and give me an estimate. Within a week, she called to give me the estimate. My neighbor was totally uncooperative, and Rolen Brothers worked around her to promptly get my fence installed.

I finally got the work done. The gate was fine, but for the extensions on the fences they used very poor quality trellis wood (when they sawed it to size it shredded and chipped - they did not have the proper saw for this job). It was of such poor quality that the sections actually blew in the wind. Jonelle came out and we had discussions about what to do. I finally told her the only way I would be satisfied was if they redid it with a better grade of trellis. She refused and offered to tear it all down and give me a refund. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I did receive a refund of $400.00 after several phone calls. At least I got the refund, but what a stressful experience, especially when the job was necessary to keep my dog safe. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY WRONG THERE!!!

After giving me an estimate on replacing my fence, another $125 was added. I asked for and received my deposit back.

We were very satisfied. They were prompt and did a good job.

My overall experience was good. I have had many complaints on my new fence and I am happy with it.

Rolen Brothers Fence came to see the job within a few days of my call. I was shown sample fencing from which I made my selection. The job was completed earlier than anticipated and that was fine. I am very satisfied with the quality of their materials and workmanship.

The job went very well,they came out gave me a proposal that was fine. They showed me samples of what they sold and explained the differences in thickness and coating for the material. They took the time I needed and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I accepted the proposal,chose what I wanted and signed a contract,they wanted one third down with the balance on completion. They said they were a week out. They started the job in a timely manner. I had to be there when they the first day to tell them were I wanted the fence relative to my property line, after that I came home from work and the job was done.

Rolen Brothers responded promptly to my request for an estimate and brought samples of different types of fence. There was quite a bit of brush/shrubs to be cleared for the installation. Although the installers didn't seem to be expecting that, they did a great job & were careful not to disturb any shrubs belonging to neighbors more than necessary. They cleared it with me before making even the smallest adjustment to the original plan. They cleaned up the area nicely. I'm very pleased with the job.

Both Jim Rolen when he gave an estimate and the fence installers took adequate time to discuss the work with me. The price was the lowest of three bids. Before the work began, I learned the people in the house behind mine had also hired them to install a fence adjacent to mine in their yard. I agreed to sign an agreement to allow the neighbor to put some posts for their fence on my property. Jonel was very helpful around the arrangements for this. As the fence was being installed, I questioned its height from the ground, but was told that it is better for the fence to be high off the ground. Then, Jim Rolen came and told them that it had to be done again, as it was too high and would not pass inspection. So, they put it closer to the ground, which was much better. The fence looks okay, but some of the wood has little cracks, chips, or little holes. I think they could have leveled the dirt more. I never did get a permit to post, but was assured that they had one.

They did a good job, but the timing was off.

Called a received a fairly prompt response. Gave a much better quote than a competitor. Workers came on time and did a nice job with the installation. Left a little bit of mess behind, but overall very happy with the work.

Overall - it went very well. The company was responsive and project moved very quickly. It was a small project, but one I wanted to get done before summer.

Jim came to give us an estimate and was on time! He measured and told us what needed to be moved to prevent damage and discussed issues specific to our community. He then explained the process and showed us samples ... found the perfect fence for us, one that I had not seen before, a TRUE privacy fence. When we received our proposal, it was within 1 day and contained everything we had discussed. The work was scheduled within 2 weeks. The installers were punctual and polite, and worked quickly. They confirmed the installation and covered some details before they started. The posts were installed using quick set cement and 24 hours later, the panels were installed. It is beautiful!

The contact person, Jonel, was friendly and completely cooperative. In fact, the scheduled start date had to be changed twice due to extremely rainy weather and they called very early in the schedule to check if our area was too wet to work and then accommodated my schedule with the work. The 2 workers sent were extremely friendly and professional and were a joy to have on my property. They even played with my dogs and let them stay outside with them while they worked. I even showed them several prized plants that I did not want disturbed by the posts and assured them that I did not mind if the posts were perfectly even as long as the plants were not disturbed. They were very accommodating and placed the posts in such a manner that the plants were undisturbed and them made sure that they measured the fence panels so that they would fit in the new configuration. If they had any questions, they promptly asked me, and I spent time outside just talking to them because they were so friendly

With one extra call to the office everything was done according to plan and on time. Nice job.

I explained to them that I had surgery and really needed to have a fence put up for my dog. The lady was very nice and said that they would call me back, but they never did. I went ahead and hired another company.

I had a problem with one of the gates months after installation. They came and repaired it for no extra charge.
