The work did not happened. A salesman from the company provided me with an estimate on the job and took my deposit after looking at what needed to be done. When the installers came to install the fence in April i was told that the fence could not be installed as I wanted and therefor they were not able to do the work. I was annoyed to say the least. i waited six months for this fence to be installed only to be told after the fact that they could not do what I wanted. I wish I was told that in the fall when they came and took my deposit. The company pulled a permits to install the fence that they could not install. The permit cost $125.00 and they did not reimburse my that money. So I paid them $125.00 for nothing basically. I felt like since it was their error in judgement on the job that they should have eaten the cost of the permit. That one small gesture would have resulted in a very different review.

Fantastic!!! this company is so great to work with. Michelle was so nice and went to bat for us with the city about needing a survey. The workers were very professional and nice and the work with done very fast. I would recommend this company for anyone looking for a fence.

James came out and did the measurement, gave us a quote on the spot. Very efficient. He was on time, professional, friendly. Although we eventually did not go with them, we liked what we experienced.

From the office staff to the estimator to the guys who installed the fence I can't say enough about the customer service they provided. Several times - strictly for my own peace of mind using a company I had not used before - I called the office and Jonell was always friendly and helpful. If necessary, she would call me back - and was prompt about it. I have to really commend the 2 young men who came to install the fence. It was during the horrible heat wave we were having and they worked their butts off all day in the heat and sun without complaint. They were very careful in following my suggestions about placement and details. They cleaned up the area when finished and made sure I was happy with the job before they left. My advice - and this would go for any fence installation company - be on hand throughout the entire time. I was told I did not need to be home the entire time but I found it helpful to be there as the guys had a few questions along the way.

Scheduled for 8-25 at 4 pm for estimate. Company called 5 minutes before scheduled appointment and said they could not keep appointment but they were willing to give estimate over the phone for porch railings. Price was 2800 for vinyl. Which seemed like a good price but I specifically said I want composite. Sales lady on phone told Me to look up prices and gave me a website to look on. I might as well do the job too. I am very dissatisfied with this company. Don't know how they made Angie's list

Jonell in the office was very efficient and knowledgeable. Advocated for us to get the paperwork for the city permit done quickly. Kept us informed through the entire process. The two technicians who performed the work were very good and stayed late into the early evening to get the job done correctly. Fence looks great and very pleased with their work. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

We had a very good experience with Rolen Brothers Fencing from start to finish. Eric came out after we requested an estimate. He was punctual, informative and friendly. My wife was here for the first estimate as I wasn't available at the time. We later asked them to come out again and go over the estimate when I was home to which they agreed. I ended up asking him some of the same questions and to verify certain details. He patiently explained everything again. We decided to hire them and a date was set for the install. They actually came out a week earlier than the set date which was better. They told us it would be a two visit process. The first time they came out was to dig the holes, get them inspected, and then set the posts. The second visit was to install the fencing onto the posts. The two installers that came out were Pat and Jeff. They both were professional, courteous, and friendly. They worked extremely h****** a hot and humid day. They even put up with our two friendly but loud dogs that were tied up in the back. I have to say they they were very meticulous with their work. They had to work thru some tree roots and old concrete and bricks previously left in the ground. Also the ground was very uneven with lots of dips and I asked them to set the fence higher off the ground so later I could fill in with dirt. I also had them install a chain link gate. They custom made a size that would fit the gap. We were happy with the finished product and since then have decided to have them come back and finish off the 3rd side of the backyard. I would highly recommend them to others.

Rolen did an excellent job in a very tricky situation. We wanted a wooden fence fence, but wooden posts couldn't be used because it was impossible to dig post holes. Rolen came up with a couple alternatives and they were able to install metal posts and still use wooden pickets for the fence. They did an excellent job on the installation, were always easy to reach, punctual and were willing to work us and our schedule. We had another fence company that wouldn't even bid on the job because they thought it was too difficult.

Very professionally done, completed on time and looks beautiful. Would hire again. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and accommodating. Dale and the other installers were very attentive to detail and stayed very late to finish the job. They even stayed and threw the ball for my dog. Highly recommend.

Rolen Brothers was amazing to work with! They were punctual and so easy to work with. Jonelle and the team made sure that the fence was exactly what we wanted and were even able to change layout details as we got closer to the fence coming in due to roots from trees. We love our fence and will definitely go to Rolen Brothers again!

The installers were prompt and courteous and kept me apprised of the status of the work and clarified the specs I wanted before and during the job. I would just suggest that you clarify with the office what the salesman tells you is an approximate start date - I knew every fence company was behind because of the weather and was told by the salesman that they were three weeks out as far as starting on the project. I called just after the 3 weeks because I hadn't heard anything and was told they were actually 10 weeks put and always had been. The office manager apologized and said the salesman never should have told me that, but to switch fence companies would have meant an even longer delay to get put on another company's list. Overall though, fantastic job!

James showed up on time for scheduled appt. He took his time to listen to me explain the job. He took measurements and gave me a very thorough written estimate for materials and labor. Very professional.

They are quick to respond and take care of work. I had a problem with other contractors who told me the 42" fence had to be entirely replaced when posts were just fine. They removed the old link and rails and while they were removing posts and fencing in area reformatted I was able to complete painting of fence posts left so they are also black. This part of the job was $1400. When I had a problem less than a year later for first fence section when gate would not open, they were quick to come out and adjust settings so swings properly. I have decided to enclose yard along driveway for the pets so later this summer they will be installing new posts/rails & fence with 5' gate to yard. This part of the job is $1100. They stand by their work which is why when I decided to use them again. Can't wait for the project completion and the dogs running around the yard safely again.

I had 64' of fence put in on the north side of our back yard. We also had a driveway gate put in. The fence was 4' with scallops and cedar fence, 2 " spacing. The gate was the same with a metal backing for sturdiness. The woman who completed the sale, Jonelle, was very friendly and tolerant of multiple changes and explaining different options to me. The workers who came out (2 guys, cant remember names) were friendly, hard working and fast. They did a great job, and cleaned up well. Looks excellent and I would use them again for sure!

Excellent. After I called, we received an estimate quickly. Since it was late in the year, I thought the project would have to wait until Spring but Rolen Brothers installed the fence within a few days. Every aspect of the job was great and every person with whom I worked was professional. Family, friends and even other people who have been to the house for service have commented on the fence and what a great job was done.

The Rolen representative looked at it and suggested a way that we could repair the gate ourselves for a few dollars rather than spend hundreds on a new gate. We are very grateful and would recommend this company.

Throughout the entire process everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Prior to deciding to go with Rolen Brothers, we had already received four other estimates. Out of all of the companies, the representative from Rolen Brothers spent the most time at our home and answered all of our questions. Scheduling the installation and removal was extremely easy. I believe the entire process (from estimate to completion) took about three weeks. The installers were also very friendly and professional. In addition, someone from the office always called to remind us about appointments and answer any questions, which was nice.

I had a 3 foot hole in my chain link fence that needed to be repaired. After getting a few estimates I decided to go with Rolen Brothers as they had the best price. I sent an message thru Angie's list and received a call from Jonell at Rolen Brothers that afternoon. The estimator was out early the following morning to measure and give me a quote. The repair was explained to me completely and I was given a couple options of how to proceed with the repair without any pressure to choose one over the other. Once I called the office to accept the quote, Jonell said they would have a crew out as soon as possible, hopefully within a week. Well, they did better than that, the next day two repairmen arrived and went right to work repairing the fence. They even had to shovel some snow away because it had snowed overnight. They also cleaned up well. I am very happy with the job they did repairing the fence. I would definitely recommend Rolen Brothers and if I ever need a fence company again, they will be my first choice. Everybody I dealt with was professional and friendly.

Rollen Brothers came out to repair and did an excellent job, made the fence look much better than originally installed. I'm very pleased with their workmanship.

I called and they sent out someone to estimate and discuss the repairs with me. The estimator arrived on time and measured the damaged portions and promised to get back to me. That afternoon I received a call from them and we discussed the options and cost. The next day I receive and email with an estimate. I mailed back the signed contract, with a deposit, on Friday. On Monday the called and scheduled the work. Everything was done as promised and the fence has been repaired to my total satisfaction. I would like to note that all the work was done in December 1013 during some of the coldest days we have had this winter.

It did not go well with Rolen. In early November, on the 3rd and on the 4th, I sent an RFQ to 5 potential contractors, including Rolen, to install a fence. These requests were done through their own company's webmail forms on their web sites. Four of the 5 companies responded, and later those 4 visited my property to bid. Rolen Brothers was the only company that did not respond to my original quote request. (For the benefit of doubt, perhaps I did something wrong on Rolen's web form, but for the other 4 companies, things went through Ok). So, I cannot rate this company further, but I am not too happy that there was no initial response from Rolen Brothers. Maybe they have notes or logs as to why there was no initial reply to my RFQ at that time, but it is now too late. I have chosen a different contractor.

I was happy with the work Rolen Bros. did. The fence looks nice and the materials used are top quality. To help give better insight to my grades, here is my reasoning: Price- The reality is that all of these fences are too expensive. However, after receiving seven formal quotes, Rolen Brothers had the best price except for Budget Fence, which does garbage work (according to List reviews and the other contractors we spoke with). We were also able to negotiate a better deal by removing the dirt piles left behind from the auger. Quality- The fence posts and fence are top quality. We have a fence next to us and you can see the difference in quality between ours and the materials used for theirs. Responsiveness- For the most part, this was really good. The only thing keeping it from an A is the fact that there were two times we were told that they would call us right back and they never did. That all being said, this grade is probably a B+ based on the workers listening to our input and trying to make us happy (which isn't easy to do). Punctuality- The workers arrived when they said they would be here. The second day of the job was a little odd, because the crew made it here on time and then left to get drinks for their cooler. I honestly, don't begrudge them for doing that, it was hot. They probably should have just made it to the site prepared or called and said, we are in the area, but need to stop by the store. Honestly, not a big deal for me. Professionalism- The workers did a great job of listening to our concerns and tried to make us happy. The only issue I have is that they smoke, ALOT. Thankfully, most of the cigarette butts were taken care of, but as someone with a sensitivity to cigarette smoke it was an annoyance. I also question how well the crews get a long. There were two on our job and both crews told me separately that they wished the other crew would have done something different on the job. This didn't instill a lot of confidence in the work as I didn't know who to believe. If they have work place squabbles (we all do), they should keep it in the office or trucks. Overall, I am happy. They did what was asked of them and got the job done quickly and competently. I would recommend them.

Went well. Arrived on agreed install date and finished 2 days latter. (posts hat to set in concrete before installing gate). Cleaned up well, looks and works great.
