We were first-time homebuyers and couldn't have found a better match. Roger was a font of energy and knowledge about the neighborhoods in Cleveland. Our experience with him started with a guided tour across the city to look at properties on both the east and west side. He maintained that high level of service throughout our interaction; he was always available by phone and email, met us when we came to town to do some in-person scouting, and kept looking for the perfect place for us when we were gone. We can't recommend him highly enough. He loves Cleveland and has made sharing the city's true nature one of his primary goals. He never sugarcoated anything, but he was consistently positive, even when the stress of house hunting was getting us down. Most importantly, he became a friend in addition to being our realtor. We'll be seeing a lot of him over the next few years, and if we ever move out we'll be able to hire him as our property manager.
