Very well done.
Description of Work: Rocco was very responsive with coming up with a plan and fixed price quote for our porch replacement. Space around the porch was tight and the flat roof over the porch needed to be supported during the replacement; Rocco handled it all. Completely removed the old porch while supporting the porch roof, determined if the original 1924 footers were still good (they were), and rebuilt the porch with both bricks and a concrete top. All work was done with high quality, on time and exactly on budget. I would use them again in a heartbeat for similar work.
