 + -1 moreEIGHT DAYS AFTER I LEFT THE RING WITH THEM, THEY FINALLY CALLED ME WITH AN ESTIMATE. AFTER I AGREED TO HAVE THEM PROCEED WITH THE REPAIR SOME TIME PASSED AND THEY BEGAN MAKING EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AS TO WHY IT WAS NOT READY WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE. I TOOK THE RING IN ON APRIL 2ND AND IN THE END I GOT THE RING BACK MAY 8TH. A WEEK TO 10 DAYS TURNED OUT TO BE A MONTH. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Description of Work: I TOOK A RING IN FOR A SIMPLE PRONG REPAIR AND REPLACED A DIAMOND.
