RIVERSIDE DESIGN STUDIO

I bought new material and stuffing. It took him forever to make the cushions, they didn't fit properly, he said he would put more wrap in them. They fit so tight they were buckling. He tried putting more filling to raise it up higher but it didn't work.. He claimed that with time it would work its way out but it hasn't. The material now ripples. He wrapped one chair cushion and he said he would come and do the other one but he hasn't been back. It was four weeks, I called him several times but he never called me back. He called me back eventually and let me know he was having trouble getting the material. He said he was sure he could get the material. It was another 3 weeks and he never called me back. I've tried to contact him several times to finish the job but I haven’t heard back from him for about a month.
