NOT ONCE THIS YEAR HAS RESIDENTIAL SERVICES MET ITS SERVICE OBLIGATION TO CLEAR SNOW FROM OUR DRIVEWAY BEFORE THE 7 AM OR 7 PM DEADLINE. THIS YEAR THEY HAVE WAITED UNTIL THE END OF EVERY SNOW STORM BEFORE COMING AT ALL, CAUSING US TO HAVE TO EITHER SHOVEL THE DRIVE OURSELVES OR DRIVE THROUGH MULTIPLE INCHES OF SNOW FOR AS LONG AS 36 HOURS. BEYOND NOT MEETING THE SERVICE EXPECTATION THEY HAVE DONE A HORRIBLE JOB IN ACTUALLY PLOWING THE DRIVE. THEY MAKE A FEW QUICK PASSES UP THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVEWAY LEAVING LARGE PILES AND A FIVE TO SIX FOOT PATH OF SNOW IN FRONT OF OUR GARAGE DOORS THAT HAS TO BE SHOVELED BEFORE GETTING A CAR OUT. I HAVE TRIED CALLING THEM TO COMPLAIN AND ASK FOR A REFUND, BUT AN ANSWERING MACHINE ALWAYS ANSWERS THE PHONE AND NO ONE RETURNS MY CALL. NOTE: IN THE RATING I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A HIGHER MARK ON PRICE BECAUSE I THINK $172.80 IS FAIR FOR THE WORK PROMISED IN THE CONTRACT, BUT THAT IS SO FAR FROM WHAT WE EXPERIENCED THAT I FEEL WE'VE OVERPAID.
Description of Work: SNOW REMOVAL FROM 10/15/2004 UNTIL LAST SNOWFALL OF 2005. SERVICES WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE HOURS OF 7:00 AM AND 7:00 PM, PROVIDED THAT THERE IS 2 INCHES OF SNOW BY 3:30 AM AND 2:30 PM.
