Description of Work: They replaced 2 windows. One was a casement window in our bathroom and the other was a picture window in our family room. They did a great job. We were really pleased with the workmanship and how they stained the window to match the other ones perfectly.

Description of Work: They provided 7 replacement windows with exterior aluminum framing around all the windows and sills. They removed the old windows. The installation guys were great, they even re-attached a gutter downspout for me while they were on the ladders. Very clean, placed plastic on carpet and tile. Vacuumed the carpets after the installation. My only issue is the price....very expensive windows...1,524.00 per window is high. Windows seem to be very well built.

Description of Work: Salesman was great. We encountered a couple of snags in the scheduling process. For a job this big, we would have expected first rate communication, but we had to call them to confirm dates and were told that the original dates were not going to happen. The team was efficient and fast, but we were unable to close/lock the back door after the first day of work. The team leader was un-responsive and I had to fix it myself to secure the door. The team also did not replace rotted window sills as the salesman said they would and instead argued with me about whether or not they were indeed rotted. The team leader also did not know how to adjust the storm doors for quiet closing. They did come back to replace the rotted sills, but did not install them with an appropriate shed angle.

They offer excellent service, they came when they were supposed to and they came on time. I had a dent on one of the doors they installed and they came out, replaced and installed it all free of charged. Their warranty was great. They're courteous and they cleaned up well. I highly recommend them and a friend of mine who I recommended them to was also very happy.

John was very professional. There was no hard sell. Took his time in explaining the windows and the replacement process. I really like the Andersons, just like the Marvins a little better.

The salesman was not too pushy. He answered all questions and made sure that I understood everything. He followed up to find out how the installation went and was I pleased with the project. The installers were punctual, professional and neat. They cleaned up thoroughly.
Description of Work: All windows were replaced. The new windows are attractive, allow more light to come in, are easy to open and clean. They are also more energy efficient.

When they came out, they were efficient in looking at/measuring all the the windows. They got back with an detailed estimate in a timely fashion. They have followed up occasionally, about every 4 months, and I indicated to them that they can continue to do so because we have not decided on when to replace because it is a $30K plus job.
