Description of Work: They installed new front entry doors and a window above the doors. The doors are beautiful. The installer and the salesman were very professional. I had a problem with one of the doors and they scheduled for someone to come look at it the next week. I am confident that the door will be fixed properly.

Description of Work: Installed new windows (7). Went very well. The windows are real wood and beautiful.

Description of Work: I had two very large bay windows replaced due to rot. I called Anderson because they were running a special. Anderson quoted the job and I received the discount. The final out the door with install and staining was $16,000.00. Since I did not want to try staining the window I went with their painter/stainer and was very pleased with the way they look. They did a first rate job and the windows look beautiful.

Description of Work: replaced 3 ranch-style windows 2 sliders, 1 awning. Also one wider window -2 casement windows with a pane in the middle. Very nice, quick, professional, neat. I would have liked to afford to do 2 more. Don't get me wrong, the windows work smooth and sturdily. Feel smooth & secure. The only thing I think could be better is the quality of the wood trim on those that have it. That's why the 'B' in quality.

Description of Work: I had used Renewal by Andersen previously at another home. When I needed some new windows, I knew I wanted to use Renewal by Andersen again. The installers were professional and took extra care to cover surfaces and clean up after themselves. The windows, so far, have lived up to my expectations. I would recommend this company to other consumers.

Description of Work: I wrote this once already. But I couldn't ask for a better service that they |provided, I was impressed with what they accomplished. One worker inside and |one outside. I would certainly recommend them. Also, the quality of the |windows and the saving in the cost of heating was a big decease.

Description of Work: It was a great experience. We were thrilled that they could work on Saturday. We had all of our second floor windows replaced and they also replaced all of wood around each window. These windows have made a huge difference.

Description of Work: They replaced nearly every window in my house, including some large windows. The service was incredibly professional, and they left my house cleaner when they left every day than when they arrived! Service was prompt, organized, and surprisingly painless. They are a bit pricey, but I think the value of their service is high. I have been very pleased with the result this past winter, when my house was much warmer, expecially a back room with many windows, which was confortable to use this winter. I have no complaints. I am glad I used this company. They have a quality product and quality service.

Description of Work: Replaced all windows and two sliding doors in my home on 1/17/2013. Installers showed up on time. They were friendly and very professional. The first thing they did was put drop cloths down all through the house where they were working. They also removed a few things from the walls that I did not think to remove myself. They were quick and efficient with the installation and spent quite a bit of time outside to make sure everything was installed properly. Before they left, they made sure I knew how the locks worked and how to release the windows for cleaning. They very concerned that I was completely satisfied with the job. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs a window replacement. The windows are awesome. I have immediately noticed a difference in the comfort of my home.

Description of Work: Outstanding service from the salesman (Chris Milowicki) to the installation crew (Brad Dzickowski and the other helpers) and the door crew. Came on time, put protective covers down and cleaned up before leaving. Went out of their way to provide a top rated installation with a quality product. A truly professional crew that was able not only to install a door and windows but also make the windows fit my existing plantation shutters and trim the windows for a truly finished look. I would highly recommend this company and Chris Milowicki, Brad Dzickowski and the workers that are part of his crew. If I was running renew at Cloverleaf Pkwy, I would use this crew for most of the projects because the word of mouth would create much additional work for Anderson.

Description of Work: Renewal by Anderson was one of 4 companies we contacted about replacing 11 windows and 1 slider door. We emailed them through Angie's List and got a timely response. John came promptly and was a courteous and polite salesman. He was very knowledgeable and was able to identify someone in the neighborhood who had used them for their new windows. Price wise, while we expected Anderson to be higher than most, we couldn't justify the cost given the current value of our home or potential heat savings. They offered attractive financing, but we wanted to pay cash. John was very good with follow up as were were slow to make a final decision.

Description of Work: No work was performed. Provided estimate for 12 replacement windows plus sliding door, Cost was over $ 14,000.00, way more than we wanted to spend. Everyone at the showroom was very nice and helpful, and the salesperson was very knowledgeable. We did not think we would get a good return our investment at that price. Perhaps if we planned to stay in our home for 15+ years, we would have felt otherwise.

Description of Work: Dominic was far too pushy. He kept calling us and we had informed him at the initial meeting that we were checking out other companies and would contact him one way or the other. He continued to call like a used car salesman. My husband finally got angry and told him not to call anymore, he'd lost the sale! he still called again offering $500 off the sale if we called him right back. His company was charging as much for vinyl windows as Pella was charging for wood.
