I think the roof is adequate, but the siding is loose around the area they worked on. The patio in the back had a roof on it. The wind loosened the roof and I asked them to to remove the roof from the patio. They took the roof off but never tightened the fence around the side of the patio, so now when you lean on it, it's loose and looks sloppy. They asked for more money to fix the patio enclosure even though that was part of the initial contract. Part of the fence in the yard is metal, part is wood. The wood part of the fence was really chewed up last winter and they were supposed to fix that. The metal gate to the fence was off the henge and they didn't fix that properly. They sent out a salesman that essentially just beat on gate until it would close. It seemed like they just didn't want to do the work. All State paid for part of this work. I let the contractor contact All State. The first check was $2700 and the second was $780, which left about $150 for me to pay out of pocket, which was fine. The company recharged me $780. Their justification is that they talked All State into paying the initial $780. Now they are threatening to sue my mom for the $780. I tried to contact them to finish the work, but the owner was not there to finish things up. He was gone for 6 weeks on vacation and all they would say is that they wanted more money. At that time, I contacted an attorney, which would have cost more to sue them that let it ride. I was really happy with them with they were working on the roof. They were neat, and again, the roof seems to be okay. However, they hooked up their electric tools to my outdoor outlets, which do not work now. The electric outside is now shot. I had to go buy an extension cord to run from within my home. In essence, I do not think this company is reputable in any way, shape, or form.

THEY SALES MAN WAS OUT EVERYDAY CHECKING ON THE WORK AND LET US KNOW WHAT WAS ALWAYS GOING ON. ONLY TOOK TWO

STILL WAITING ON GUTTER. SALES REP HAS NOT RETURNED PHONE CALL. MEMBER WAS OUT OF TOWN WHEN THE PROJECT STARTED. THE WORKERS HAVE CRUDE MOUTHS.
