REILLY RENOVATIONS

The work was performed as planned. Each day the contractor showed up on time, worked diligently and consistently until the work was finished. The plaster work was complex, not only replacing a damaged ceiling, but re-plastering walls that have intricate wood trim and wainscoting. The completed work is of outstanding quality. Repainting the room required tons of detailed trim work around the dozen mullioned windows in the room. Again, the contractor proved highly skilled and professional and produced an outstanding finished product.

They were there when they said they were gonna be and they stayed until the job was done. They were great and reliable. And they were very friendly. They were really tidy and cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

Prior to purchasing our home, it had suffered from years of neglect and poor repairs. Sean was wonderful from start to finish. His estimate was pretty close to the mark, and when additional problems were uncovered (rotten window sills etc.) he came to us and discussed the additional work and costs. The workers were fantastic and mindful of our landscaping. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and our home looks great!

In February of 2007, the drain pipes from the second floor finally gave up the ghost. The leak caused damage enough to have to have the first floor bathroom renovated. In a couple of days the work was done and everything was cleaned up beautifully.

Dealing with Sean Reilly and his guys made a major undertaking far less daunting for me. The job could have been a real headache, but Reilly Renovations made it interesting and gratifying. I enjoy the end results everyday and look forward to working with the company again.

Really excellent experience, prompt, all Sean's team working reliably and consistently until the rather tedious stripping and detailing job was completed. Cleaned up after themselves. They did extremely high quality work, and we plan to use them again.

THEY NEED TO BE REMINDED TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES, BUT THEY DO GOOD WORK.

WE WERE VERY AT EASE WITH THE CREW WORKING IN OUR HOME FOR OVER A WEEK. THE CREW CHIEF WAS HANDS-ON AND WORKED ON-SITE EVERY DAY. ONCE THE WORK BEGAN, THE CREW WORKED STEADY AND KEPT TO THE SCHEDULE. DAILY CLEAN-UP AND DUST MINIMIZATION WAS WELL PRACTICED. PRICE IS IN EXCESS OF A FULL 10% COUPON DISCOUNT. JOB BID PRICE WAS 20% BELOW TWO OTHER ANGIE'S LISTED COMPETITORS.

THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, NOR CONTACTED US IN ANY WAY. HAVE USED THEM A NUMBER OF TIMES BEFORE, WITH GOOD RESULTS, BUT IF PROVIDERS DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR SHOW UP I FEEL NO NEED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT I HAD A HARD TIME GETTING A HOLD OF THEM. THEY GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR EXTERIOR PAINTING AS WELL AND THEY WERE AT LEAST 3X MORE EXPENSIVE!

NICE GUYS TO DO WORK WITH. SEAN IS ACCESSIBLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. ALL HIS EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB AT A GREAT PRICE. THE BEST QUOTE I RECEIVED AND ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT ON TOP OF IT! WE HAVE HIRED THEM TO DO MORE WORK. A NEIGHBOR WAS ALSO VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.
