They wanted to come out after all the leaves fell off from the trees. They were very professional. I liked them because they also went and cleaned out the gutter on the garage and blew off all the leaves on the garage. I didn?t expect them to do that. So I did appreciate that quite a bit. They told me that my gutters were fine and so they didn?t try to sell me new gutters. They did try to get me touch up some trim, which they had done two years earlier, but I told them that I would wait till spring since it?s too cold now. They were very professional and did their business. They do a thorough job. They did more than what I expected. The big thing for me is that they waited until the leaves were down. I would surely use them again for gutter cleaning.

They will let you pay your bill overtime. They are extremely high priced.

The project started about 2 weeks after their indicated start date and took about 5 weeks of partial days instead of the estimated three weeks. Close attention was needed to verify that the work was done (e.g. had to remind the foreman of the insulation they were to add), quality (e.g. tile floor in shower had to be redone) and charges (a couple of instances of added or over charges from the estimate).

They were nice guys and cleaned up after themselves. They were informative and seemed to know what they were doing. The job didn't succeed in the end. We still have a problem that didn't get solved.

Very well. I was able to explain what I needed, and they came out and took a look without me having to be there. They sent an estimate by email (my preference). They guy who did the work - Marc - was very friendly and professional.

Workers were punctual, efficient & cleaned up everyday. Workers were pleasant & cheerful.

I was definitely satisfied with the work and I would certainly recommend to others. Very friendly and did beautiful work.

Met with Mike Reilly in late '07 to ask for quote to paint kitchen cupboards and front entry door, to prepare house for sale. He recommended we take different approach as described above. He stated his work would be done before Christmas, taking about one week. We agreed and he started. Front door paint job was excellent as was the bedroom ceiling paint job. They damaged the window sill above the sink removing the old counter, damaged range hood removing old counter, created excessive dust cutting cement board inside house and garage, paint on ceiling light fixture trim, created NEC code violation when installing tile over existing switch/outlet, did not re-install outlet covers, used slate sealer on granite, sealed dirt under sealer, painted flush light fixture trims to ceiling, messy paint between wall, ceiling & cupboards, failed to remove screws protruding through underside of counter top, did not finish painting front hall, reinstalled kitchen sink 1/4" out of square.

Once hired, they got right to work and arrived on time each day. Each worker was pleasant and communicated openly about any issues as the job progressed. We also kept in touch by e-mail. They were very clean and moved supplies to the job site with no complications. From start to finish, I could not have had a better experience with a home remodeling company.

I really like the people that work there and that means a lot. They do good work and they are nice, professional people. I would highly recommend them.

They do superior work! They also have a guy that does beautiful skim coat plaster work. They did a beautiful job! We were very impressed.

Not good. They managed to screw up every task they attempted and did not return to finish job.

The call to Reilly was odd, they asked if I was sure I wanted them to come out for an estimate (why else would I be calling for an estimate). Bob was nice when he came over and suggested that most of the house was in good shape and that if we painted the garage (which was really in need) and the front of the house and just did peeling spots on sides and back that it would be good enough for us to put the house on the market. No other company suggested this and it made so much sense because we are selling the house. Eric and his crew were friendly and professional and they did a great job on the front of the house, garage and one of the sides. They came back to fix a couple of spots on the side entry side (which I wish they had done as well as the other side that nobody sees). And I am not sure they did much other than the spot that I pointed out in the back. Overall, they did a decent job, but I'd have paid a little more attention to where they were concentrating their efforts.

They were very business like and professional. They matched the paint perfectly that was there before. One of the awnings was damaged and they switched it out with one that wasn't facing the street. Bill kept me up to date with everything.

They said they would just wallpaper without re-plastering. I said it was unsatisfactory, and the did plaster again however they installed the wallpaper when the plaster was still wet. On our basement stairs there was a portion that was left unpainted. On our upstairs stairs they didn't caulk and didn't paint a portion there also. I had to call them back to have it done. A latch needed to be put on a dining room cabinet that was not done. Sean Reilly is not professional in the way he treated me, his customer, and this company did not do a satisfactory job. I contracted them also to do exterior painting in the spring. Sean gave us a verbal agreement that we would be first in line to have the exterior painting done in the spring and when I touched base with him he stated that we were not first in line. However, Sean required the money up front as a deposit. We do not want them in our house again for this additional work and will be requesting a refund.

They painted the ceilings the same colors as the walls. We assumed that the ceiling would be white - anybody would. They added an extra coat on the walls, but refuse to repaint the ceiling white without an additional charge.

Their were excellent. They called each day to let us know when they would be arriving. They cleaned up after each day and left their equipment out of our way. The quality of the work is outstanding. In addition the workers were polite, easy to ask questions, and were respective of our presence in the house.

They have done a variety of work totaling about $4000. Plus, the interior work was about $26,000, which was a major project. As indicated in the category grades, all the attributes are true. We have been using them ever since they have been in business.

Quote happened same day I called. Painter on site did great job, cleaned up well each day he was here. Got a break on materials as it turned out I had the right paint here already. Also matched existing stain on window trim, which looks great.

I'VE USED THEM FOR MANY SERVICES. CLEANING, PAINTING, REPAIRS. I HAVE USED THEM FOR A LOT OF THINGS FOR ABOUT 22 YRS.

ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD WITH GETTING REPAIRS DONE AND PROBABLY THE BEST WITH REILLY PAINTING AND CONTRACTING, INC. FROM THE INITIAL CONTACT(ACTUAL CONTACT WITH SOMEONE)WITH THE OFFICE ON THE PHONE, THE ESTIMATE, AND THE CARRYING OUT OF THE WORK EVERYTHING WAS POSITIVE. THE CREW WAS PUNCTUAL, PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, AND CONSIDERATE. THE WORK WAS DONE AS DESIRED AND EVERYTHING WAS LEFT AS NEAT AS POSSIBLE.

THEY EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT THEY DID AND MATERIALS USED WHICH I APPRECIATED. THERE WERE A FEW THINGS THAT I HAD TO POINT OUT TO THEM AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THOSE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

NEVER, AND I MEAN NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE INSIDE OF YOUR HOME. THE OWNER GAVE US THE ESTIMATE, BUT WE KEPT GETTING EXTRA BILLS TO TAKE CARE OF PLUMBING ISSUES, ETC. THEY NEVER DID COMPLETE THE JOB. WE WANTED A SLIDING GLASS DOOR INSTALLED FOR THE SHOWER, NEVER DONE. PLUS THEY USED A TILE CUTTER IN OUR ONE BEDROOM AND THE WATER LEAKED TO THE LIVING ROOM AND STAINED OUR NEWLY PAINTED CEILING. SO ANGRY WE WOULD NOT HAVE THEM BACK INTO OUR HOUSE EVER AGAIN! THEY DO NOT FINISH WORK THEY BEGIN. THEY NEVER INSTALLED TOWEL BARS OR A TOILET PAPER HOLDER AND THE PAINT JOB WAS HORRENDOUS. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BY THE WAY THE COST DID NOT INCLUDE ANY OF THE MATERIALS (TUB, SINK AND TOILET). THE CABINET WE PICKED, THE WORKER PUT TOGETHER WRONG AND MY HUSBAND STAYED UP LATE ONE NIGHT TO FIX IT SO IT COULD BE INSTALLED THE NEXT DAY! IT WAS AN UNBELIEVABLE NIGHTMARE, WILL HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE COME IN AND FIX AND REPAINT THE BATHROOM! I REPEAT AGAIN DO NOT USE!

THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T FIND THE BROKEN ONE AND WE SOON SAW THE GUTTER (ON 1ST FLOOR!) WAS NOT CLEANED. THEY SAID THEY CAME OUT AND CLEANED IT AGAIN, BUT IT WAS STILL NOT CLEANED. AFTER THE THIRD COMPLAINT THEY SAID THEY WANTED TO COME AND "TAKE PICTURES". I REFUSED TO PAY BILL.

FIRST WORKER HAD NO EXPERIENCE IN INSTALLING A STALL SHOWER. SHOWER FLOOR WAS NOT LEVEL AND DIDN'T DRAIN. HE REDID THE FLOOR, BUT SHOWER LEAKED BECAUSE THE PAN WAS NOT INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. A SECOND WORKER CAME WITH THE SALESMAN AND HE REDID THE SHOWER PAN AND FLOOR, IT STILL LEAKED. HE REDID SOME OF THE GROUT AND CAULKING, AND IT NO LONGER LEAKED. THE SHOWER IS STILL NOT DRAINING FULLY, SMALL AREA HOLDS WATER LEAVING SOAP BUILD UP AND HARD WATER RESIDUE. ORIGINAL WORKER DID OK JOB ON TILING THE FLOOR, BUT CAUSED MINOR DAMAGE ON DOORS WHILE TRIMMING THEM FOR NEW FLOOR HEIGHT. REPAIRS TO CEILING WERE POOR QUALITY IN THAT THE SURFACE WAS NOT SMOOTH AND AREA REPAIRED WAS VISIBLE. THIS WAS CORRECTED BY THE SALESMAN ALTHOUGH IT TOOK 2 TRIES. OVERALL JOB TOOK ALMOST 5 MONTHS FOR WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A 2-3 WEEK PROCESS. THEY DID ADJUST PRICE IN LIEU OF REDOING SHOWER FLOOR.
