My client is purchasing a home, and has an accepted and signed contract but the type of loan we are doing is renovation so we needed estimates for the work and would pick from those estimates for the work. I left a message yesterday around 1:00 pm and did not get a call back. Called today at 11:00 and was told that we would have to be charged for estimate because the home is not purchased yet. Not sure what difference does that make, considering there is a signed and accepted contract and just like any homeowner would need to estimates to compare. I think that is unprofessional and won't be using or recommending this company.

The workers were all professional and did excellent work. I will use this company again. My only concern was a lack of planning and the communication of the owner with myself. A client less familiar with the whole process would have been confused. The outcome was very good.

The painters went above and beyond my expectations. They even fixed blemishes and glitches that were made by previous contractors that I wasn't even concerned about but, they are perfectionists. They were extremely polite and professional. If I didn't like the way a color scheme turned out, they would help me pick out another one and would re-do that area immediately. They really went the extra mile to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to my family and friends.

They did excellent work! I've had them out on two different occasions, and on one visit, they did more than what I had specified, and the other visit, they took care of a concern after the job was finished. Their price was very much within reason. They have a very strong recommendation from me! Both jobs were done very well and everything was handled very well. I'm glad that I decided to work with them!

I stopped into the Regency Developers / Supreme Window showroom to get an estimate on replacing my windows in my home. I already knew what I wanted and Norm there gave me a quote which matched my original estimate. I decided to go with them for several reasons... Because he is in my neighborhood, I felt he understood homes such as mine more readily than the national company that I was dealing with. I felt very comfortable talking with them about my needs and they were extremely accommodating to my time frame in the installation of the windows. Months later, when I encountered a problem, Norm was immediately responsive to my needs and is in the process of taking care of the situation.

Overall, the project went very well. The carpenter who framed the interior walls did an amazing job, including building a new railing for a narrow staircase that was well beyond what we expected. As the job progressed, there were some issues that came up, but Norm worked with us on finding solutions such as installing sufficient lighting, a heat vent and the new railing. As with any project, it is important to monitor details as some elements of the job were trickier than expected, but Norm really cooperated in staying in the budget. The whole crew was great (Michael, the carpenter, did most of the work, working 8-10 hours a day and we can't say enough about how precise his work was).

We had the back half of our roof shingled a few years ago. Now the front part of our roof needed to be done. Regency was about half the cost of what we previously paid. Additionally they provided better shingles and put in venting. The workers were professional and cleaned up as if they had not been there. It was a perfect job at an amazing price! Feel free to drive by my house and take a look.

We had used Regency previously and were so impressed with their work, brought them in to fix our sad bedroom. This situation really shows the flexibility and excellent customer service of Regency Developers. At first, we just wanted to redo our closets, but as we got into it I could see that we really should do the walls and hardwood floors as well. Nothing was ever a problem for Norm and he worked diligently to make all of the work fit our schedule. His workers were clean and prompt with zealous attention to detail. We had had painters previously but Pam, the painter from Regency was amazing! The work was done while we were at work and every day the various areas were spotless. The price was excellent and so was the work!

IT was a good, overall experience and I would recommend them. The final price was exactly as quoted, they did good, solid work in both the tear-off and shingle install, and they performed work generally when they indicated they would. Definitely use them to get an estimate as they have experience with this type of project, and they have the knowledge and resources to do the job correctly.

This is a very professional company from the estimate to clean up after the work.

The time line was completely off. They would put this part today and another the next day. Anyway they did quality work and it was worth the waiting.

We are very pleased with the results. This project started in November 2011. There were several delays. A couple of which could have been avoided with some forethought. We had remodeled the kitchen 17 years ago. We really didn't like the location of the sink and there was a small leak under the sink which prompted the remodel. After the initial consultation, it was determined a new sink cabinet was needed. The original cabinet company is no longer in business. I visited several locations to find a similar cabinet for the sink. Due to the holidays, it took 7 weeks for the cabinet to be made. The cabinet is in. Regency has someone other than the original estimator look at the job. It is decided a filler is needed. It is another 3 weeks before the filler piece is available. This is the point when a little foresight could have cut down a few weeks if the filler had been ordered with the original cabinet. I live in an old house. Nothing ever matches up just as it should. The new cabinet was installed. Dishwasher moved. Old sink was hooked up to be functional while the countertop was being made. Part of the countertop that was installed is L shaped. This necessitated 2 trips to measure before construction. A beveled edge faux granite countertop was installed. At this point we decided to install a tile back splash. I chose the tile from the company the contractor recommended. We also chose some special tiles which required 4-6 weeks for delivery. However the sales person at the tile company was new. Somehow the order was never placed. Thankfully the contractor had a copy of the original order they emailed him before the order was lost. Long story short, it took 2 days to install the tile and more time.

The damged wood was replaced with seaoned wood. Concrete fill was used in some places and caulking was used as needed. The work went well. I would use them again for repair work.

Overall I don't know how I got along with my old kitchen. It was a small area with very little lighting and no outlets. They started the job and as it went on I made some changes. Workers were very knowledgable, friendly and accomodating to my changes and needs. Explained things as it went on and made suggestions for me to pick from as the job went on. No construction is fun to live with but the professional touch was worth the job. I wanted both my kitchen and bath done so you had to live without some comforts but they worked on the job as fast as they could. Everyone compliments on the job. I would have them redo my entire house if I could. Don't be afraid to ask for them to help make suggestions with color selection or any thing else. The cabinets they put in are high quality wood. I would recommend them any day. They are friends for life. I spend my entire weekends in the kitchen now and don't know how I used it before. I was under a tight time frame because of daughter was getting married and everyone thought I was crazy to have this job done before the wedding. They completed it and it was all worth it. Would recommend them to anyone. Norm and Lisa are special people that don't settle for anything but the best.

Workers were very nice and extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and helpful. They were extremely trustworthy since I had to leave them in the house at times by themselves.

Work was done promptly by a highly professional crew that were cautious and respectful of my home. Contractor clearly discussed all available options for new windows.

This was the first time that we had used them. It turned out very well. It was good for the money and we got quality work. We liked their salesman. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. There was no pressure. However, someone did not show up for work one day and they did not call us to inform that.

I called Regency Developers in late April to repair some siding on the front of the house that had been damaged in a wind storm and to make repairs to the siding on the garage. Mike came out on April 28, 2011 and gave us an estimate to do the work. He said that the siding was good on two sides of the garage, but the other two sides needed to be replaced. He also said that he could replace just two damaged panels on the front of the house instead of having to do all of it. I truly appreciated his honesty and that fact that he didn't try to sell us more work than we needed. His crew arrived to do the work on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 on time. Mike also showed up at the start of the job to answer any questions I had. They were courteous and polite and got the job done quickly and cleanly. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again for future work.

I used Regency Developers for my Kitchen Make-Over several months ago. I have established a friendly relationship with Norm and his crew so that I feel comfortable calling him even on smaller jobs around the house. Due to the severely cold weather this winter, my husband and I decided to insulate our house. I naturally called Norm to evaluate the situation and he explained the ?how?s? and ?why?s? it would be beneficial for us. He was right! From the beginning, my husband and I found Norm and his crew to be professional, honest, and easy to work with it. Norm is a perfectionist and it shows.
