REFLECTIONS GLASSWORKS

After two visits, two hours spent working with him, and a final price quote, he abruptly backed out saying it was "too complicated". This made me angry b/c we talked at great length and in great detail about what needed to be put in and how to do it. There was NEVER a mention about it being complicated when we were in the actual space that the glass was going to be installed. And as anyone knows, "complicated" doesn't stop a project from being done, it just makes it more expensive. There was never an explanation as to what he thought would be complicated and why he was backing out, I guess he just had better things to do....

THE DOOR WAS PROMISED IN 2-3 WEEKS. I SPENT A GOOD DEAL OF TIME WITH DESIGN OF THE SHOWER DOOR SANDBLASTING. THE OWNER COULD NEVER FIND THE TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB. HE KEPT SAYING THAT I NEEDED TO UNDERSTAND HE WAS BUSY! ON A SUNDAY, 6 WEEKS AFTER WE SIGNED A CONTRACT, MY HUSBAND GAVE HIM A DEADLINE. WHEN HE COULD NOT COMMIT TO THAT DAY, MY HUSBAND SAID WE WOULD GO ELSEWHERE. THE NEXT MORNING I CALLED HIM AND ASKED JUST HOW LONG HE THOUGHT IT WOULD TAKE TO FINISH MY SHOWER DOOR. HE SAID HE HAD SOLD THE FRAME ALREADY (A CUSTOM FRAME THAT HAD TO BE ORDERED!) HE WAS GOING TO SEE IF HE COULD ''GET IT BACK'' AND FINISH MY JOB, HE NEVER DID, AND NEVER CALLED. SO AFTER 6 WEEKS I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE WORK! THIS COMPANY SHOWED NO INTEGRITY! THEY ARE BUSY BECAUSE THEY GET CONTRACTS. BEING BUSY SHOULD NOT MEAN I CAN'T GET MY JOB FINISHED! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!

THEY WERE WONDERFUL, THERE WAS A MINOR PROBLEM, BUT THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND FIX IT. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK WITH MY SCHEDULE
