This was my first experience as a homeowner having to deal with a serious pestilence and i was very pleased with the service i recieved. I decided to rent out my basement to a friend of a relative this past year to help with bills. It is a completely finished basement with its own entrance, washer and dryer hookup, kitchen, full bathroom, ect. The first 3 months everything went smoothly and then payments suddenly stopped. After the 2nd straight month of no payments made and seemingly no effort on his behalf to seek employment we asked him to leave. During those 2 months my girlfriend and i noticed on several occasions in the early hours of the morning cockroaches upstairs in OUR kitchen. After his departure we went down to the basement to assess the condition and we were appalled. The mattress and sheets we had provided for him were badly stained and we could see tiny brown bugs scurrying about the sheets. There were beer cans filled with stale beer and cigarette butts on almost every available surface. We lifted seemingly week old pizza boxes to find that they had become housing for cockroaches. My nice basement which i was proud of looked more like a flop house. I was both furious and embarrassed. My girlfriend and i didnt even want to sleep upstairs until the basement was cleaned and the house was bug-free. We started cleaning and called a pest control service, who told us they would be out at noon and never showed. After waiting for 3 hours with a no-show and no contact we called RE Pest Control and explained our problem to Randy. He told me he could be at my residence within 2 hours, and even contacted me shortly after letting me know he could be here an hour earlier than anticipated. He showed up, introduced himself, and we immediately went to assess the damage. He immediately diagnosed the pest issues and their top likely causes that invited them into my basement. He wrote us up a work order, gave us a fair price, and got right to work. In all fairness he did more than was required of him as he actually helped us carry out some of the trash we still had yet to take out. My girlfriend and i went upstairs to clean ourselves up and Randy assured us he would take care of everything downstairs. By the time we had showered and dressed he was already done. My girlfriend, (who is a bigger talker than i am), had a hundred questions for him, all of which he gave detailed and assuring answers to. We wrote him a check and thanked him for his services as we prepared to break down and relax for the rest of the evening. The next day we returned to the basement, and after a good vacuuming, some air fresheners, and replacing a cushion with burn marks (smoking) the basement looked good as new. I was so relieved, it was a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. I was no longer stressed out about the situation and felt clean and comfortable again. We have been bug-free ever since. We were both so pleased and impressed with Randy's knowledge, professionalism, and work-ethic that we called him again just to thank him again and inform him that RE Pest Control Services are now our new go-to pest company if ever we or our family or friends require it, and to let him know he will be getting invitations to our future house cook-outs to show him our gratitude for saving our basement. 10/10 service

The tech arrived on time and not only was he knowledgeable but also gave me follow up instructions to help get rid of the infestation and prevent future infestations from occuring. Definitely would recommend
